We have been noticing that Shri Narendra Modi Ji, our Honourable Prime Minister and his council of Ministers are performing their duties nicely in the interest of the Nation and announcing many simple, attractive and beneficial schemes on time to time as he thinks that small things give big results but system cannot be changed overnight because there is acute shortage in the Police, other Peacekeeping Agencies, Judiciary and even in the departments of the Ministries because digitization is not in practice. Public cooperation is must but there is an urgent need to reduce the paper formalities and timely response of mails at government level is necessary to build confidence in the public to justify the slogan “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas”.

Except our developing partner UN Nations, the priority of the team of the IOED goes to the seven North-East states and eight socioeconomically backward states of India i.e. Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal and Uttar Pradesh, referred to as the Empowered Action Group (EAG) states, lag behind in the demographic transition and have the highest infant mortality rates in the country.

Schooling without learning is a terrible waste of precious resources and of human potential, the World Bank said on 26th September 2017, warning in a new report that millions of young students in low and middle-income countries face the prospect of lost opportunity and lower wages in later life because their primary and secondary schools are failing to educate them to succeed.

Graduates of vocational Institutions in developed countries earn income better than graduates from other high institutions. I finally wish to stress that better quality of vocational courses or quality based vocational Institutions will lead to higher performance and productivity of Vocational graduates and hence higher wages and more job chances.

Motto of this program is to provide good knowledge for real development at the rural and sub-urban level through quality training to the 10th and 12th passed School dropout students and above who belong to the economically weaker section. There are huge employment opportunities within India and abroad if candidates are cultured and have good knowledge about the particular trade. Students will be eligible for getting admission in Bachelor Degree in Vocational courses in all the Universities after successful completion of this Diploma course.

1. What is Cognitive Science?

The Cognitive Science is the Science of the Universe and its working principles of creation – maintenance and modification.

The Cognitive science is integrative science and thus universal Sustainability, Improved productivity and contentment are the significance of it.

3. What are the benefits of the cognitive science, how it can be advantageous to others?

The main advantages are the natural productivity know-how in the individuals and thus freedom to work for his self excellence as well for the society.

8. Few topics on which research is planned?

The topics are Human relations with cosmic world, Astro world and Spiritual world, Intra active Medical science, Health science, Agricultural Science, Industrial science, etc. All operational research means with practical applications.

The International Academy for Social Excellence “IASE” is opening one CSE Council in each state / UT and one CSE Chapters in all Parliamentary Constituencies of the Republic of India. The IASE has already established Centre for Social Excellence – CSE Chapters in Calicut, Bangalore and Delhi in India, and abroad in USA, UAE. This Research project in Cognitive Science is to Empowering people and Systems with Entrepreneurship & Skill development programs focusing on start up projects in Academic and Industry. The project will be supported with certified vocational and Diplomas in traditional science of Universal health and education like of Ayurveda and Herbals – Naturopathy and Yogic Science, Character Education, Computer Literacy, Foreign Language, General Knowledge, Personality Development, Robotics, Self Defense and Skill for the particular trade as per local area requirement in the Universal interest.

The CSE Councils formed by the IASE are headed by a Post Doctoral Fellow and the CSE Chapters by Doctoral Aspirant. The Doctoral aspirant is supported by two members who are well aware of tax policies/laws and a second member (preferably retired bureaucrat/senior government official) who can liaison to raise Government funds.
