Effective Communication is key for success:

"Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places"

Communication is most powerful Management tool or application, which help to run daily business activities smoothly, today era number of companies hired multi-nationalities, who have their own mother languages, like English,Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, french and others.

Communicate and delegate task is one of the challenge for supervisors especially to our workers (labors), mostly of them known only their mother languages and number of labors working in middle east are from south Asia (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Srilanka,Nepal) and may be the rest of world numbers of labors hired from south Asian countries. In order to run business activities smoothly, we have to understand how to communicate them effectively and below types of communication help us to do so;

2. Non-Verbal
3. Written
4. Oral

Interpersonal communication is the process by which people exchange information, feelings, and meaning through verbal and non-verbal messages: it is face-to-face communication

Written communication involves any type of message that makes use of the written word.Written communication is the most important and the most effective of any mode of business communication. Oral communication is the process of expressing information or ideas by word of mouth, The typical reasons for giving a presentation are to inform, persuade, motivate and entertain. You need to capture your audience's attention and maintain their interest thorough the entire oral presentation by defining the purpose clearly.

All types should be well directed, effective communication helps listener to understand direction easily and reaction will be different from the listener, in current era where number of multi-nationalities working together, facing problem for effective communication, which resulted mostly delay in progress of any assignment.

In middle east, we might face communication problem from top management to labors, we should understand ethically people belongs to different countries with different mother languages, supervisors or manager make sure to delivered information in effective way which may be interpersonal, verbal, oral or written forms.

The best way to communicate, once we speak we should consider receiver have different language, we have to speak slowly so receiver can listen carefully, facial expression also used to communicate receiver might he / she don't know language we speak.

In view of above Document Control department is in more critical position in aspect of communication because they have to deal with different departments, Client, PM / CM, Supervision Consultant, Contractor and sub Contractors, they have to used best ways to communicate to the project personnel and companies, in addition to above they should have patience skill, which help them to best communicator in the Project or business.
