Unlike some brokers, we do not outsource claims management. All our clients’ claims are handled by our in-house claims team to ensure a high standard?and personal?service is consistently delivered.

We appreciate that a claim can be a worrying time for clients and so we work hard to make the process as straight forward and hassle-free as we can. You will be assigned a dedicated and highly experienced claims handler to assist you throughout the whole process. On your behalf they will:

• Be in close contact with Insurers and/or their representatives, to ensure your claim is dealt with speedily and efficiently – if necessary, negotiating face to face given our close proximity to many Insurance Company headquarters in London’s Financial District
• If necessary or as requested, attend site visits of loss adjusters and negotiate with them on your behalf
• Proactively keep you informed of progress and explain policy wording and implications, so you completely understand
• Manage claims with an eye on your overall policy, to minimise any potential negative impact for you when that policy renews
