Over the past few weeks I have had some very engaging discussions with Gill How from Buonacorsi Consulting regarding effective bid leadership and how it can make a real difference within a bid team.

Gill is not afraid to challenge some of the more traditional views on leadership and in her most recent article, she talks about the ‘softer sides’ of bid leadership. It makes a very interesting read and I would encourage you to join in the debate with her.
