Effect of a publisher choosing an incorrect deeplink
A Shopify advertiser with good first party tracking was being promoted by a publisher that had chosen a link for the deeplink themselves.
The publisher had created a link in this format: advertiser.myshopify.com/product_page/... as opposed to advertiser.shopify.com/....
The network’s tracking script was not present on this unusual page and therefore the first party tracking was not operative.
A detailed Moonpull Audit Report showed the error so the publisher could make the change.
