QUESTION ASKED : what happens when the moon transits over the house where shani is present in the horoscope? is this the same as sade sati effect ?
MY VIEWS : I will interpret the answer in my way hope you will understand. It is like you going to meet prime minister like many other people do and prime minister coming to meet you.
Of course prime minister coming to meet you is of great significant as he is coming specially to meet you than your going to prime minister like a common person. In the same way saturn transit over moon i.e Sade sati is effective than moon transit over saturn.
More over Moon take roughly two and a half days in a rashi ( zodiac ), so accordingly it will take 2 and a half days to cross over saturn. And if it is taken true then every month for two and a half days a person will get saturn sade sati effect as moon almost take 28 days to complete one cycle thru all 12 zodiacs.
When moon transit over the house where Saturn is present in the horoscope then it will trigger the activation of the Saturn’s significance of that horoscope and the significance will give its results as per the promises made in the horoscope.
Because as per KP astrology the transit will and can give results only if it is promised in the destiny level in the horoscope, if not then an environment will be created but event will not happen.

Since moon is very fast moving planet so the realization of the impact is not felt much.
If this effect of saturn operates than it will definitely create a very big turmoil in human race. Lord Saturn the God of Karma is already taking classes of all human being by going retrograde and giving Sade sati effect.
So the transit of moon over Saturn does not act as per sade sati of Saturn activate the event signified by Saturn in that horoscope.
If the signification are promised then it will give results of those events. The transit of moon is exactly like transit of other planets and nothing special.
