The research sought to evaluate the effectiveness of three intra-canal medicaments in managing post-root canal preparation pain. Results indicated that the use of triple-antibiotic paste as an intracanal medication demonstrated successful pain control in patients with symptomatic apical periodontitis associated with necrotic teeth.
