Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has announced an invitation for sealed bids from eligible bidders for an annual rate contract to supply approximately 2,000 MWp of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) compliant Monocrystalline Solar PV Modules across India. The tender will be conducted on a domestic competitive bidding basis under a secured e-procurement procedure.

The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) in New Delhi issued an order in response to Petition. The petition, submitted by Pachora Power Transmission Limited, sought the grant of a transmission license under Sections 14, 15, and 79(1)(e) of the Electricity Act, 2003. The petition aimed to establish a transmission system for the evacuation of power from renewable energy projects in the Rajgarh (1,000 MW) SEZ in Madhya Pradesh, Phase II, on a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer basis.
