Education's Inspirational Solution

My name is Reggie Ward, CEO/Founder of L.E.G.A.X.Y Life Coaching and graduate from University of Notre Dame. I live in the community and the major problem that I see is a lack of self- confidence & motivation, especially in the workplace. ??This has led to significant?increases in depression, social pressure, performance anxiety and self-doubt.? I believe that our professional community needs more than ideas, but an inspired message to reveal their identity and greatness. As a result, to solve this problem?I have developed an Inspirational message that will transform the lives of all people and ultimately create a harmonious workplace to thrive and achieve success.? Below are few examples of how inspiration will make an impact;

The Inspirational message will focus on who inspires you, what inspires you, when you need inspiration, where does inspiration come from and lastly, why inspiration is not only important but, essential to optimizing self-worth, and thus create a?dynamic environment filled with exceptional success with fellow classmates, educators and community leaders. ?This will engage and challenge students thoughts and imagination. The results are found in building a life plan to deal with the successes as well as failures in life’s journey. The Inspirational message which featured my book, The Power of ” I” has already made an instrumental impact with High Schools: Gahr Baseball Program & Calvary Chapel (Costa Mesa) Baseball Program and local colleges: Cerritos Community College, Orange Coast Community College and Long Beach Community College.

I have over 35 years of professional experience in sales, coaching, mentorship and youth enrichment. During my time at?the University of?Notre Dame and the?NFL as a?professional athlete I continued to focus on the value of making a difference. I am an accomplished speaker, Certified Life Coach and authored the Book, "The Power of I" which is the foundation of the Inspirational lessons that deliver the 3 P’s of Life: Promises that are filled with Purpose and willingness to serve People.?
