Education as a network

Employabilitylife sees the future of education as a network. It can neither be conceptualized as a value chain (where education institutions are process-running entities) nor a ‘Gurukul’ (where the knowledge resides in the person of the teacher awaited to be transferred to the students). Instead, we want to offer an education experience based on membership in a community of Learners for Life where knowledge is created through connections. A ‘college’ where questions are asked, rather than assuming easy-to-find or simple answers; a safe space for continuous inquiry, and problematisation of lived experience – a community of those who work together and learn from one another.??

Our learning system has four elements: A framework to organise delivery, XPMC (Experiential Micro-credentials), a way to measure work preparedness, WRP (Workplace Readiness Profile), a system for a personal development 5DEC, (5 Digital Economy Capabilities) and space for learning and being GTI, (Global talent incubator – online and future in person).??

These two institutions will launch XPMCs for their students at the same time.??
