Education is merely not to acquire a Certificate

Education is the guardian of human thinking. The main purpose of education is merely not to acquire a certificate. The purpose of education is to make a person true human being by fully developing the inherent qualities of a person. Education is not the focal issues related to get a job or not. Many of us cannot understand this because there are so many educated unemployed in the country. Many are highly educated unemployed.

At the time of completion of formal education, everyone is worried about employment. Many questions arise in their mind. Such questions in newbies are increasing day by day. Because, most of the time the subject knowledge does not help a candidate much in the job test. On the eve of completion of formal education, the concerned institution should impart proper knowledge about the job. Knowledge is not really measured by formal education and so, they have very little idea of how to present themselves in the job competition. And that is why without getting job, many of them suffer from depression after completing their formal education. We can have some advice for newbies or those who are studying graduate.

1. Trying for BCS is good thing. Take BCS preparation in such a way that the topics will be useful in your other job exams. You will see that you have got a good job even if you don't qualify BCS.

2. Be very scholarly in the subject you are studying as well as stick to standards in other subjects.

3. Try to be a jack of all trades but at the same time be a master of none.

4. Recruiters always mentions - Experienced candidates will be preferred. As you are fresh and have no experience. So involve yourself in extracurricular activities or enhance your skills, which will supplement the experience. Because no one is born with experience.

5. In addition to academics, consider the following skills:

a) Networking or communication skills

b) Linguistic skills, especially speaking skills in English.

c) Organizational skills, which are known as organizing skills.

d) Expertise in the subject in which you wish to work.

E) The country is becoming technology dependent. So acquiring technical knowledge is very important.

6. Choose jobs that align with your dream career. Free yourself from the reluctance that how much money will be paid at the beginning of the career. Instead of climbing the tree in one jump try to reach the desired place slowly by mastering yourself.

7. Try to connect with as many different people as possible. No one but God knows who will benefit when.

8. Attend as many training and seminars as you can. It will increase knowledge as well as network.

9. Not merely a competitive attitude. Emphasize a cooperative attitude.

10. Instead of getting frustrated, handle your mistakes with grace and keep them active for your success rather than passive.

11. Be careful what you post on social media.

Your social network accounts may be private, but they can still affect your credibility. Some companies check the social media accounts of job applicants or on-probation workers as part of their background checks. For this reason, make your accounts appear as professional as possible.

12. Look for experts to guide your career journey, not mom and dad.

Do some research, get connected on LinkedIn and start networking. Find experts and thought leaders in your field and ask how they achieved their success. They will give you direction and help you grow your professional network.

13. Many things do not go according to one's expectations. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the habit of adapting oneself to various adverse environments, situations or emergencies.

14. Enjoy every moment. Life is not just about getting a good paying job and your retirement. If you are not happy with your work; No matter how big your salary is considered, you will miss half of your life. Discover your calling, find what you enjoy and live a fulfilling life.
