An article about learning through education and taste the real life experiences, dedicated to my nephew. Education has come up as a powerful factor of development wherein the purpose of education is to provide direction to our life. This article describes the thinking buds of my nephew and me about what role education plays and how it articulates our life. 

Education & Individuality - A fierce observer since childhood and being favorite student of teachers, my nephew and me usually have lot of thought provoking questions. When the 'whys' in our life get conquered candidly, we often get correct direction. We meet and observe people psychologically and physically. Envision the ideas and sometimes try to imitate them. In all these phases, ideological development happens that shape our individuality. "Who do we call Good People? Educated ones or uneducated". On discussion of a good individual with my nephew, goodness has a huge part in giving back, either we are educated or uneducated. Establish a genuine relationship, with truthful expectations and balance. Our way of being speaks about us. On his question about limits of goodness, the base element is balance and confront different situations to incorporate goodness.

It elevates our individuality and intensify the knowledge of ourselves. We value independence and respectful. We get professional opportunities everywhere. How to make best decisions in our life, is a reflection of our education. It strengthens our perspective and we experience success with rich sense of life. We enhance a global perspective on everything and we connect with people, through social media, have different perspectives. It has improved the sense of connectedness. An intelligent educational behavior is honored and appreciated everywhere. It encourages balanced and better decisions.

An educated mind tells us what and how to do with time, power and money.

It makes us befriend with nature and other species, we treasure peace and tranquility. Many socio-religious movements led by famous personalities and preachers on education. An amount of education directly relates to growth and development of the nation with profound social changes. Educated minds looked upon with prestige and honor. We get encouraged to realize our full potential. Education makes us independent. The satisfaction of self-dependent is unparalleled.

Sports being an important part of education, strengthens physical and mental fitness.

Education with sports provides overall physical fitness and refresh mind. Sports develop motor skills like pencil skills (wherein students learn object manipulation), IT skills (develops typing skills and utilize different forms of technology), Scissor skills (involves precise cutting with craft sessions and learn to recycle with materials), Self-care skills (involves tie up shoelaces, fasten belts, use cutlery, open tiffin boxes and food bags) and Construction skills (learning with Lego pieces, puzzles and train trucks, pushing and pulling with finger, storing construction materials in jars). Sensory skills involve brain balance of smell, touch, vestibular, proprioception, balance and spatial perception with standardized and accepted testing and qualify them by grade, age or functional level.

Education with sports teaches us discipline and develops team spirit. Focus on sports along with education opens more professional opportunities.

We proclaim and implement our social, civil, political and economic rights and be more aware towards our responsibilities. Education promotes multidisciplinary approach and validate required changes in society. We seek good in people. It enhances individuality with behavioral transformation and we contribute more towards home, work, in life. 

Education & Decision Making - Our opinions and mindshare are provision of our environment which tend to develop with situations. Education affects our decision making process. When we talk about visions, that's a consequence of the same which reflects how we respond. Education starts from home, education of children outside school. Though in India homeschooling is not widespread. Values and education taught at home, is called homeschooling. We utilize direct approach method i.e. concepts and vocabulary through pantomiming and real life objects, focusing on question answer pattern, spoken language, etc.

An educated growth mindset is when we look like more and do more with a purpose.

Education enhances a multidisciplinary perspective, promote us to be open minded which brings together the different worlds. We move beyond individuality to organizational or societal culture which lead us to make better decisions. It strongly put gender equality, peace and stability worldwide. We accept our own responsibility for the present as well as for the future. Education gives us economic freedom of how much money we earn and our freedom to choose what we want to do to earn. Access to good quality education is fundamental. We recognize our rights and responsibilities for right people to cater their diverse necessity. With a broad perspective, we assert our instrumentality and execute complete self-effacement. Education ensures full economic freedom with greater balance to utilize our full potential. We venture out into different careers of our choice. Education, while decision making in all areas of our life, is a proven invaluable asset.

New emerging trends in education like e-learning and online programs are stepping stones. The meaning of education has extended from books to collection of knowledge and skilled behavior to excel. We know how to deploy mental and physical efforts and take responsibility for the outcome. We make different communities which resonate our love for books or skillset and share insights. With development of connectivity, we get clear on our decision making of what we want in our life and heighten our awareness. An individual who learns and experiences most, wins.

Education & Culture - Our thought directions are our path finders and consequently the way of our life. Education that we receive at home and in the school, reflects in our behavior. We represent what we learnt. There are different cultures around the world which exhibit different directions. When we are an observer, we become a follower instinctively as we seek answers to all mysteries presented to us through culture. The purpose of cultural exponentiality is to enhance from our core and execute it. The most direct influence of cultural exponentiality is listening, learning and harnessing individual's inclusiveness.

A process of continuous learning with an acquisition of certain ethics, norms and skills with different methodology. Education brings change to measure reforms in culture whenever required. It instill and strengthen our values and these values differ from culture to culture. This cultural cohesiveness can be seen in many countries including India. This change get viewed as a great push for economical benefits, authenticity, real humanness with opinions, ideas and emotions.

Education inhabits cross cultural communication which enhances adaptability and cross cultural leadership.

We learn about investments like expanding our horizon by taking a learning trip, bringing our neighborhood together, teaching a child to act kind and volunteering, financial savings and growth, charity, helping a stranger to carry a heavy luggage, assisting a friend to learn his/her favorite activity, use simple terminology for gadgets so that old people can utilize them, connecting with nature etc. An execution to these investments give us a direction of how to grow real happiness with true wealth and make our lives extraordinary.

Education is present everywhere, with and without books. It gives us pathway about what needs to be deleted and what needs to get magnify to add value to our lives. An educated mind is consistently innovative and rigorously try new things. Education with immense betterment utilized to bring change in status of the society as well as country. Education upgrades societal and organizational culture. Countries with education equity and organizations like UNESCO does research referring to important issues like equal right to education with fairness and incorporation.
