Education not a job stick

Education is not a mere tool of getting a job or applying mind to do any business.Education is a state of mind.It is not merely passing examinations or getting a degree.Education should be value based. Society failed to provide value based education to our children.We only prepared them for examinations and competitions.Education has been the business buzz word.The craze of institutions to get more admissions by advertising in mobile,web,tv channels,newspapers etc is the outlook rather than imbibing morals,ethics and religious views.

Unless this system is corrected these things like children killing themselves, their classmates, teachers etc., are bound to occur.Students beat faculty,spotting bad words ,teasing woman faculty are quite common,but the student escape from the clutches of law and this offence is being magnified into big criminals because the college administration never want to lose the student.

Universities and colleges having a fabulous spot for shooting activities inside the campus,posh hostels,luxurious villas etc brings attention to the rural people and they think that it is the safe haven for them.Girls with poor dress codes and students who always bunken the class are today's fashions.The mere attraction of the campus to the customer like students will not bring laurels to the student and the institutes.Professional ethics,strict atmosphere,fine tuning of the students to the practical life,Religious values and the faculty approach to the students is the most important.

The moral education put its innings from the Gurukula concept to the modern online education and satellite study centres.Students hate the strict mechanisms to check the growth and menace of criminal offences.Universities on the admission should conduct an interview.These universities admit students with an aid of an agent.The interview panel comprises of Pshychologist,parent body and retired professors.Thinking is put to action one day.The evil thoughts should be destroyed by proper counselling.The TV channels,movies have an impact on the evil effects.Instead of such airing of the shows,the channels should broadcast positive effects.Censor Board ,producers,directors should not think of doing business,but think of the customers impact of viewing it.The Central govt,state govt should heavily act on these unlawful activities soon.Its the whole sole responsibility of the people in media,police dept,lawyers,woman activist,psychologist,forum members,human right activist,health professionals to do a yeoman service on a common platform to educate them. Private Varsities should follow the admission norms of the UGC norms not by mere admitting the students by Entrance exams or by backdoors.

The agent culture in getting admissions for the Private varsities should be wiped out.The eligibility and cutoff marks should not be relaxed as per decided by the exam commitee.During the admissions,the Govt institutions member be the ombudsman.Methods will prove a lot beneficial to the institute,students and it will prevent the varsities turning a ground of bad taste.When Private varsities admit even students from abroad,the criminal offences will reflect the varsities image around the globe and thwart the nation.The MHRD,state Govt should enact a stringent norms for the private varsities.
