Urgent scenario for Bridging finance to complete a dream home purchase. Referred by a long established home loan lender to Marketplace Finance.?Clients were unable to complete the settlement on their sale property as due diligence from the buyer had found that some improvements had not been registered with council. This delayed the sale settlement by 3 months and the clients did not have enough funds to complete on their purchase settlement.
