Which education is the best solution for the developing countries and which education is necessary for the developed countries. Most of the times it look like that developed countries have too much progress in the research work and theoretical knowledge that they now just should work on the skill development programs by educating people with the IM-formal education. And those of the developing countries now should enhance the research work. But the issue is that developing countries are not only agree to make progress in the field of the research but even they are not able to equip their people the new skills and technology which already have been utilized by the developed generations and it also benefited them a lot.
