As a teacher, my classroom felt like a tiny universe. Within its four walls, I had the power to spark curiosity, inspire my students, and celebrate every little win. Every lesson plan was crafted with care, every interaction with students was cherished, and every success, however small, felt monumental. But deep down, I couldn't shake the feeling that my impact was limited to the number of seats in my classroom each year. I yearned for more — not just for myself but for the countless students beyond my reach who could benefit from the passion dedicated educators bring to their classrooms daily.

Deciding to transition from the traditional confines of classroom teaching to the expansive realm of online learning at Miaplaza was a massive leap that was equally exhilarating and intimidating. The aim was not to alter my teaching style but to expand its reach and effectiveness within an online format.

Thanks to this strategic combination of teaching practices and insightful coaching, I've developed online learning experiences that resonate with students across the globe. This professional move is not at all a departure from my passion, but an evolution of it. My role at Miaplaza brings not merely a change in the delivery method, but also profoundly reimagines my role in education to align with the dynamic needs of today's learners and their families.
