The Feathers Flew - Editorial Review from Readers' Favorite

New editorial review for The Feathers Flew by Robert E. Kearns

"The Feathers Flew is a great short story that shows the darkness of human nature and how man fights against the forces that life brings. Robert E. Kearns paints a picture of what damage being drunk can do to those around you, as well as to yourself. It was interesting to see Paddy's behavior, as that is what happens in real life. It was intriguing to see how the people you hang out with can positively and negatively influence you, as well as your inner demons manifesting because of intoxication. Paddy's kids react realistically to his behavior, which will make readers want to turn against him. The dark twist at the end of the story is unexpected, leaving you to wonder what happens next."
