? SOP Everything – If it’s not documented, it can’t be delegated. And SOPs are not a set it and forget it thing - they should be reviewed and optimised every single year. Cause things change, right? On that note, writing a SOP is only half the job. Next step is optimisation - there is no point in standardising a process if it is an inefficient one.
? Automate Repeatable Tasks – Remove human error & free up time. (Zapier is your friend!)
