1. Revisit your list?
Those January goals deserve a second look—check in, adjust if needed, and pick one small step to take this week.
2. Simplify?
If overwhelm is creeping in, break tasks down even further.
3. Celebrate mini-wins?
Each little success keeps your motivation alive.
4. Talk Well
Talk well to yourself! First and foremost. Think about this... How false a life are you living if you are talking well to those around you and giving yourself a good kicking?
5. Don't chew the whole enchilada
If you are stop starting - swap out. Swap out a full workout for a fabulous walk instead. Swap out the whole book for a 100 words a day. Swap out stopping sugar forever for a week or a month to get you going.??
