Edition 18 - 2023 Journey On

Happy New Year!!!! It’s great to be back in the swing of things isn’t it?!

Let’s start with a couple deep breaths….hold it….hold it….ahhhh exhale…then repeat.

Now that we are out of our heads, and into our heart. Let’s go!

As the new year begins, many of us set goals for ourselves in order to improve and grow in various aspects of our lives. Whether it's making time for self-care, committing to a healthier lifestyle, or working towards a career goal, setting intentions for the new year can be a powerful way to make positive changes.

But as we embark on this journey, it's important to remember that we are not alone in our pursuit of growth and self-improvement. In fact, many of the principles and values that we strive to embody in our daily lives can also be found in scripture.

One verse that can be particularly relatable to those setting new year goals is Philippians 3:14, which says, "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
