DEAR WOMEN WHO DO,

Welcome to Black History Month.

?As we navigate a turbulent start to the year many marginalized communities feel increasingly under threat. Now, as always, we at The WIE Suite reaffirm our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In times like these, we have to be strategic, thoughtful, vocal, and active.?

Here’s how we move forward:

1) Continue to be undeniably excellent. Our success was always built on hard work and merit—let’s continue to set the standard.

2) Build community. There is power in our numbers. In challenging times, we also need to lean on and uplift one another.

3) Push forward. We can’t afford to get left behind. Let’s embrace new technologies, seize opportunities, and build generational wealth.?

This month, and always, we’re honoring the sacrifices of those who came before us, by shaping the future.?

Read on for insight from Martha Underwood on adopting technology and wealth building, my insights on how to be an active ally and Microsoft's Helen Boter on strengthening employee resilience.?

Keep living fearlessly.

All my best, Dee

WIE SUITE WOMAN?

CEO of Prismm Martha Underwood on Strategies for Wealth Transfer, and Maintaining Resilience

She is currently the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at General Catalyst, a global investment and transformation company.

Now with AI we can do in minutes what previously took months, and it’s astounding. I think cultivating prompt engineering will be an important skill for all of us to refine - the output is only as good as the input!"
