The WIE Suite
A membership community for women leaders and culture creators (we're hiring)
Dear Women Who Do,
We're still celebrating our past 100 weeks and this week we are thrilled to feature WIE Suite member, Margaret Malloy, Global CMO, Siegel+Gale on her....
Personal/career win from the last 100 weeks: Coming out of lockdown, it was crucial to convene in-person in meaningful ways. I did so in five cities around the world, asking 39 leading CMOs: “What is your organization’s commitment (or personal commitment) to forging greater gender equity and how will you measure progress?” I welcomed hundreds of guests and we found the conversations to be important and uplifting.
And, hope for the next 100: In our complex world, I will continue to champion the value of simplicity for brands, because brands that deliver simple experiences reap financial gain and shape a better future for everyone.
We want to highlight you! Please email or Slack Kristina with your wins and hopes: [email protected]. This community has done so much in the past two years, and we are excited to understand your dreams, missions, and plans for the years ahead.

On recruiting executives for your leadership team...
Past performance does actually usually predict future performance. I work with a coach who shared that executive recruiting those is actually like the stock market; there is usually a pattern and you're trying to figure out what the pattern is. And so he was like, try to see if you can actually piece together the story for them:
He says, okay, I see you've had x job, can you tell me what was the thing that you were most proud of? And then try to do that again and again and again so you're really understanding what that person is about.
