Welcome to the first LNDTS newsletter of 2025! January has been a month of growth, achievements, and new opportunities. As we continue advancing in the fields of clean energy and high-voltage projects, our commitment to engineering excellence and power grid resiliency remains stronger than ever. Our teams are working on critical infrastructure that supports a more sustainable and reliable energy future, and we're excited to share our latest updates with you.

?? Team Updates

Welcoming New Members: We are excited to announce that Mr. Hung Dang Duong has been promoted from intern to a full-time position. Congratulations, Hung!

Hung's statement: "Becoming a full-time employee at LND is a significant milestone in my career journey. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities the company has provided, as well as the support from my colleagues and leadership team throughout this time. This is not just a job, but a place for me to learn, grow, and work alongside everyone to contribute to LND's development. I will do my best to fulfill all tasks and meet the expectations of the company."

New Faces on the Northeast Team: Titus Ammon recently joined the Northeast LND team and has been enjoying getting to know everyone!

Upcoming Additions: In February, we expect to welcome two new members—one with extensive experience and another eager to dive into the electrical industry. We can't wait to have them aboard!

Celebrating Birthdays: Happy belated birthday to all employees who celebrated in December and January! ??

The New York State Mental Health Projects continue to make great progress.

Team Growth & Training: Our team is actively training two of our newer members, Huy and Thanh, to become the best P&C technicians they can be.

Our teams are actively working on several critical projects:

BG&E, CMSFS Substation Maintenance, Texarkana, NYS Office of Mental Health, Cattleman Testing

Manhattan Psychiatric Center Switchgear

Oriana Solar Project in Victoria, TX – A 138kv-34.5kv project for Bechtel

Denton Hickory Project – A complex indoor GIS gear project with multiple protection panels and medium voltage switchgear devices

These projects play a key role in strengthening our power grids and integrating renewable energy solutions into our electrical infrastructure, ensuring a more efficient and resilient energy system.

A big shoutout to Tin Bui for his outstanding work on the Denton Hickory project. His ability to navigate challenges in the field while maintaining a positive attitude has not gone unnoticed. Great job, Tin!
