Instead of giving a description (you can get that by clicking on the link), I'm going to share my original graph... and then 4 graphs I made in alteration of the original graph, in response to critiques from the judges and other participants.

This is a bubble graph, made in Excel, and not doing much with it other than slapping on some data labels and the axis labels. (Oh, and a linear fit, but the linear fit is not super-important.)

Here are the four variations, and yes, all four are different, though the differences may be subtle.

All of these graphs were made with Excel, and not using anything fancy. No VBA, no "tricks", just putting in a bubble graph and "editing" the graph to tell different stories with the same data.
