Bionic reading is a new service that aims to make it easier to read and improve focus. It works by strategically bolding parts of words, supporting the flow of reading by guiding the eye over the text and helping the brain remember previously learned words more quickly. It saves readers time and increases productivity by making reading more efficient. We'll be watching this space to see whether the Bionic method also increases learning and knowledge retention. In the meantime, check out the Bionic Reading app and try it for yourself!?
The next wave of shopping? Going live
Live shopping is creating more ripples for the traditional bricks and mortar retail space. It utilises the live video feature on social channels like YouTube and Instagram, and provides customers with all the information they need in real time to buy products packaged in an entertaining experience. Live shopping is predicted to grow from $17 billion in 2022 to $55 billion in sales by 2026, according to McKinsey. This shift to virtual environments is also happening in the training space too. We've seen an increase in requests from retail training and customer education clients for virtual environments and we're curious to see who will adopt this trend next!
