Live shopping is creating more ripples for the traditional bricks and mortar retail space. It utilises the live video feature on social channels like YouTube and Instagram, and provides customers with all the information they need in real time to buy products packaged in an entertaining experience. Live shopping is predicted to grow from $17 billion in 2022 to $55 billion in sales by 2026, according to McKinsey. This shift to virtual environments is also happening in the training space too.
