COCOA VINEGAR: From the white juicy pulp inside of the pod, around the beans, we developed a vinegar that keeps all the antioxidants (flavanols). With our sophisticated fermentation system, with a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, without microfiltration nor pasteurization we preserve the flesh of the bean with all its components for your health benefits as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and polyphenols. Additionally components that may be naturally present or formed during the production process, such as methylxanthines, aldehydes, esters, ketones, pyrazines and acids
COCOA BEANS COVERED WITH DARK CHOCOLATE: This is the way we recommend you should enjoy the real flavors and benefits of chocolate. We use selected beans from the amazon forests with fruity and no bitter taste and cover them with 80 % or 55% chocolate.
