The ECS Group's Year In Review 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, we wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on what has been an exceptional year for The ECS Group. This year, we not only exceeded our targets but also strengthened our connections, expanded in all areas, while continuing our commitment to 'Setting the Standard'.

It’s safe to say it has been a huge year for the company. Highlights include securing major new contracts, welcoming over 50 new team members in the UK alone, and successfully securing contracts across the EMIEA regions. Additionally, we are proud to announce an outstanding 65% increase in revenue, a testament to our team's hard work.

While these are all amazing achievements, we are most proud of the results of our 2024 Client and Employee Satisfaction Surveys that was conducted at the end of this year. We achieved an impressive 98% satisfaction score from our employees and an extraordinary 100% satisfaction from our clients - an improvement over last year’s scores of 93% and 98%.

Finally, we wanted to take a moment to thank our exceptional team for their dedication and hard work throughout the year. We look forward to seeing what 2025 brings, aiming to build on this year’s success and achieve even greater milestones.
