eCrime APWG.eu Call for Papers

eCrime APWG.eu Call for Papers

Dear members, collaborators, and friends of APWG.eu,

In spite of all the summer sluggishness, we have managed to start our machinery for our annual event (eCrime2018.eu), which will take place in beautiful Krakow (Poland) next September 17-19:

https://apwg.eu/eu-symposium-electronic-crime-research/

The Call for Papers for the event, which has the support of NASK and CERT.pl and is open for sponsorships and collaborations, was opened last week and will be active until September 1. You can submit your proposals to the following address: https://ecrime-eu18.hotcrp.com/.

Same as we did last year, and parallel to our research sessions (focused on topics such as case-studies, cryptocurrencies, financial services, policies…), we would like to hold a special half-day session on EU-funded projects. If you are participating in one of such projects, eCrime2018eu will give you the perfect audience to report on your progress and find synergies for your work. If you are sending a proposal on the topic, please state it clearly in your submission, so that we can schedule it on the right session.

We will be giving further information on the agenda and the scheduled social activities around the symposium in the following weeks, so please follow our updates either on the event’s site or on our Twitter account (@apwg_eu).

All the best for the summer break and see you in Krakow!
