???? - CSR activities:?We’ve volunteered for some fantastic causes this year including The Felix Project , The Orchard Project and Tree Musketeers
?? - Events:?The team made an appearance at various events including the B Corp Festival and Blue Earth Summit 2024. Our Founder James Gill was invited to speak at the screening of Wholegrain Digital ’s documentary ‘Responsible'.
?? - We won our first award!:?TechRadar crowned EcoSend a ‘Sustainability Hero 2024’. EcoSend was also nominated for the 'Green Product of the Year' Award’ at the CRN inaugural 'Sustainability in Tech' Summit.
P.S.?EcoSend has already received a nomination for a 2025 award! It's just been announced that we're up for the 'Net Zero Project of the Year'. ??

Details about a proposal to use heat from the London Underground to keep homes warm had you tuning in!?
Earlier in the year, our?Founder?James?attended a? MotherTree event where Dan Sherrard-Smith told the crowd about how there is enough excess heat in London to heat one million homes.?
Heat from the London Underground is no exception. Data released by Transport for London revealed the Central Line reaches a scorching 31.3°C during peak times.
Even during winter, the Victoria Line maintains an average temperature of 24°C.?
We reported how heat from the Northern Line is already?being used to heat homes as part of Islington Council 's?Bunhill Heat and Power Network (BHPN). But,?plans were announced?to expand the scheme to heat more of London using excessive heat from the Tube.?
