Last Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him request to GOD three major things and tried to take promise on it, Almighty Allah accepted 2 and 1 was rejected. In any case there will not be any perished and 2nd food shortage to Muslim nations, 3rd which was not committed that Muslims will not fight with each other.

I did my level best to create awareness among common people that at least they can understand Economy and its related elements in different ways and quoting examples. Now we will move towards Economic sectors /industry where we need to discuss its pros & cons and in GDP components these are mentioned is it will be easier for you to conclude things which are communicated to public by all mode of communication and you will be able to evaluate / differentiate that what is right or wrong and in which direction we are working, specifically Government.

Few things we should not deny as if accept and will do self-accountability then definitely Improvement will come in Business. Few important things with little detail that in last 1500 years, Muslims ruled the world around 1200 years and remaining 300+ years by others. Muslims downfall occurred as per GOD law as it never changed for any religion or nation specifically. This all explained in previous 16 parts at different places. Muslims down fall in 1258 and destruction of House of Wisdom occurred according to GOD law. The second thing, Afghanistan neve conquered in past and mostly in Indo-Pak The rulers were also head of the armed forces and thy remained successful, this was true most of the time, this new Democracy system is invention of west which does not suit at all and major cause of immense pressure and also in this piece of land politician are not so capable to deliver things. To get real flavor of the topic, strongly recommended the previous 16 parts /chapters reading is necessary to read this 17th part/chapter because in it we will discuss economy major KPI budget and Defense/Armed forces role at present, in past and future and why is it necessary to give major protocol to them. I also try according to my capability to reply that group of people who are hypocrite and use abusive language against Pakistan Armed forces, few are posted at other pillars of Government along with media houses and other public and private sectors. The most important part in which on few topics limited information due to strategic & important area that can’t be share fully. Few important things will be touched to change perception but no impact if any one change it or not but I hope that diehard Pakistani will support it.

We will discuss budget part and its allocation qualitative comments while addressing those people working in different areas & they have different concern about budget allocation & future plans. Now a days due to broad exposure through media across globe it is difficult to hide major items and same times it is not necessary to share detail with each and every item because external ( specifically ) and internal enemies always looking for the weak point and loophole to humiliate finance ministry and certainly all politician have not same capability and capacity so criticism welcome but it is necessary to take top line opposition politician in confidence as external enemy will not get benefit.

Normally major part spent on Defense and borrowings/loans. Now for dynamic and wise political civilian Governments need to improve any sector with purpose of generating economic activity and it should?be at desired level and we have to get rid of World bank & IMF, here point is not that we dislike or they closely monitor and interfere in depth , actual point is that we need to work on other factors to increase revenue like tax net increasing export, import policy to be evaluated after every quarter because we have to stop first of all bleeding of revenue which can be the real cause of Government failure due to less reserve of foreign currency and bigger gap of trade deficit.

?The major focus will remain on our Armed forces and their importance and for those respectful who are playing role of hypocrites and indirectly helping internal and external enemy. This cold war has been started specially after 9/11 incident but its end will be possible with self-accountability, not telling lie, doing work in organized fashion, in one day you cannot make corruption zero as last 35 years political Government made it part of every business so tactfully to be dealt without suffering business. We must appreciate our Armed forces that they are not only ready to defend country but also attack at any country if war will be imposed. On the other hand trade deficit can easily be controlled but western powers don’t want that we should export our defense & production department equipment in which F-7 & Al Khalid tanks are main items and there are many others equipment but our?all types of enemies don’t want that we should do this as it will not only help us to get rid of IMF but also we will be in far better position in World order and economy KPI’s will start improving as mention earlier parts that this is the reason our enemies always keep busy our all type of law enforcement agencies and on both India and Afghanistan border almost daily some issue created and LOC violation is continuously being done by INDIA and Kashmir Issue still there So what is the reason, here I will be bold and straight that today’s policies to keep under pressure Muslims made immediately after Word War -2 . Because to win the battle if you fail in traditional war then best policy is to destroy economy of the concern country group of country. As occurred with Asian Tigers almost 20-25 years back.

I am shocked & surprised when persons included in Government use abusive language in close circle against our army although few years back, I was of the opinion it is not too much people or officers. They studied abroad as well in western modern institutions and their thinking change, most of them are considered to be secular and I am witness that few are called Muslims but unfortunate part they don’t have believe on GOD & Last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), In books /records they are Muslims. Some of them spoke in small group of people and few who have superiority complex (no doubt they are genius) but they use electronic and print media and they don’t like armed forces interference in civilian matters. I am of the opinion that these civilians working in Government/public/private sectors must be identifies, they are fewer and also address to fewer but this phenomenon is increasing and they do not follow self-accountability concept if we want improvement then it starts must be from ourselves.

In addition to it with due apology that in this group some media houses, anchors, and some other key figures of Government working in Government pillars are also including, here every one is prime minister and some media persons diplomatically and with very right choice of words insult Pakistan armed forces at social media. Do you think we should do this while using the media social and electronic and insult our own rulers and army? First of all, I appreciate that high patience of armed forces and PM then it is strange that we are at turning point of work politics where majority is jealous from us and don’t like our progress, so in this situation these people must be groomed. First of all, on social media I suggested that like Pakistan armed forces, Civil Bureaucracy, Judiciary there must be test/exam/interview of the media person’s special anchors and categorize them as only those can conduct live program who qualify minimum level. This is necessary to do progress at desired pace and boost economy.

Everyone wants to participate either they do not know exactly or even can’t link above mentioned three (3) points with each other as many factors linked with it, Certainly, all are well educated persons who conduct TV Show including Government/ministry officials. There can be difference of opinion, way/method can be changed but destination is same & it depends on many derivatives. In last 16 parts /chapters, I tried that common public at least understand what is being discussed on talk shows & their surroundings when people discuss economy and its related issues. The politician and other white crime color hold prime objective is to keep away common public from Everything and involved them only in their geographic location and try to fulfil basic needs, they use this opportunity and illiterate and poor people take this as blessing of GOD although it is blessing of GOD but this segment doesn’t aware them what is going on in country and world. Earlier this phenomenon was at peak specifically in KPK and Baluchistan where even Television was not available for people as they were guided by their religious leaders and 90% those leaders were in politics. FATA example is in front of you. Then people living in Villages whose bread & butter is their animal (Milk sales) and fewer have good income from Agriculture. Even I have seen that These poor people some time don’t have the money to purchase not only medicine for their Children’s even for their animals. If you see previous parts/chapters that Dairy Business/Milk sales by farmers can contribute a lot in GDP. However, I felt pleasure that I remained part of Milk Procurement and did a lot to eliminate mafia and corrupt elements and suffered even threatened by this mafia I was not aware that This mafia used to give maximum bribe to those individuals/institutions at maximum level means its bribe considered to be the highest as compared to other crimes?

The immoral side of our system that we have extra ordinary genius minds/persons working in Government/private/public organizations and recognized in world, who understand and picking power is extra ordinary along with quality of not only planning but execution and implementation of the tasks given to them within timeline with 100% accuracy but there is majority population including persons like me which is not educated enough and unable to understand the economy related issues and future planning and top of it that if any talk show or print media discussing this topic, they remained unable that is it true? What is actual motive? etc. This was the reason I took this initiative and planned that before jumping?into economic sectors industry wise for Pakistan at least basic things as few industries mentioned above?must be cleared and listener/reader/participant etc. must know what is realistic situation and they must know the difference between the politician and technocrats. There was also significant reason that while having my specialized area related to oil & gas, power, energy, mineral resources. It is linked directly/indirectly with all type of industry in any geographic territory. Economy, economist, role, authority, activities, GDP & its components along with all associated KPI’s like Inflation, unemployment, consumer index etc., growth, recession & depression, IMF & World Bank functions what is its history then most important thing to know all these priorities wise in sequence. The state bank role, stock market points, Government Bond with 10y%, Money Interest rates etc.?

Now we came again to the main topic for clarity of those elements who are always raise objection on Defense budget and remain interested to follow economic activities falling under the influence of the armed forces regardless of whether they controlled by defense ministries or the various branches of the armed forces or specific units or even individual officers. They consider all operations involving all levels of armed forces these range from cooperation owned by military an institution, to welfare foundation belonging to different services to enterprises run at the unit level and individual soldiers who use their position for private economic gain (which is wrong perception) because if any benefit is being given to any cadre from top to bottom there is valid reason and concept of reward, recognition, and accountability exist. In addition to it wrong comparison of our defense budget/military with those countries budgets whose present situation is different from Pakistan Armed forces contribute negative impression but people with minimum common sense know that how is it difficult to maintain all operations of Armed forces. The complete book can be written as reply of many books which diplomatically hurt die hard Pakistani I respect Author Aysha Siddiqa but with due apology, she negates her own words at many times in the book then the concept of “MILBIS” and economic activities and military interference in civilian matters and political Government affairs. This article will be too long if I share my analysis not only her book Military INC, Inside Pakistan Military Economy. She described different ways in multiple countries to run affair of Government. The civil military partnership, political party authorization military partnership, Arbitrator Interpret Gordian Military, Watford. The mention terminologies are tips of civil military partnership (please read book). However, the missing things she mentioned in diplomatic way. However, Pakistan Military /Armed Forces objectives made on short- and long-term basis due to its geo graphic location and facilitating / remained part and witness of 2 super [powers complete defeat in last 42 years. At last both super powers resolved issue through Pakistan Armed forces and since 1985 till to date not a single day was free when our armed forces and law enforcement agencies worked in calm environment. We are at war for the last 42 years; its story is long but nature changed earlier three wars till 1971 with India then support of Afghanistan against Russia followed by many peaks and trough in bilateral relationships and Kargil War/battle came and Pakistan at last practically announced its Nuclear capability. After that war style changed and terrorist activities started by external enemies to destabilize Pakistan and they did their best to always keep continuous law & order disturbance not only in Baluchistan at Mega scale but across every city and target was high armed forces personalities and installation. Then over & above the major fight /battle/war continued specially 2008 to 2020 in Swat, FATA (Now KPK) against terrorist and by the Grace of GOD, Pakistan army succeeded???

We spent on defense budget; we use to hear hue & cry mostly from those who wat to destabilize self-accountability. However economy downfall & boost came in last 100 years as mentioned in last part/chapters clearly because Almighty Allah system doesn’t change for any religion or any nation.

Pakistan stands at no 1 position in skills & quantity of Army (Head Count) followed by Iran, Turkey, Egypt & Saudi Arabia. Just short review certainly the below mentioned things and their maintenance needs expenditure one year back our Wah Heavy Mechanical Complex machinery was overhauled as since its start it was being used day in & day out. Do you think is it free??The Pakistan 5th largest army in the World having average10.5 US Billion $ budget (figure may contain error) with latest technology of missiles system of each category and majority have capability to carry nuclear weapon as well. The distance can be covered as per requirement and we can hit any enemy & its infrastructure, installations in the world from Air to Ground and Ground to Ground. This is accomplishment but with passing time it is necessary to maintain it. In addition to it Pakistan has capability to made War weapons including Tanks and now fighter plane like F-17. However, to mature deals of export always enemy reacted and tried to create hurdles with different ways and at present borrowing loan from World Bank /IMF is major cause as these institutions will never allow us to stand at our own feet and also this all game is not planned now or few years back its history starts after world war -2. Then their pressures on Tax revenue collection and they go too much in depth where common man necessities influenced by their policies or conditions like House hold, Gas, telephone, electricity bills.

In addition to it in any crises, the only institute which work at desired level is only Armed forces and whenever difficulties of nature’s comes like Flood, Earth Quake, Pandemic Diseases etc. always armed forces work at front and even NDMA made in Armed forces and Civilian authorities but its organizations and implementation through chain of command within stipulated time period and in last 73 years there is not a single Government institution which is organized like this , Of course little bit improvement in rescue?services at small level and may handle little issues but in bigger crises they can’t do anything professionally. The major reason Pakistan Population increased with enhanced frequency in last 40 years and at same time there was immense need to increase Government resources to handle day to day and other issues but due to political Governments Corruption less interest , Huge gap created and bleeding of revenue and projects money spent somewhere else to get benefit and funds allocated for the projects were wasted in shape of corruption through politicians so you can see how many cities developed with basic necessities Like Heath, Education and other infra structure. No one can hide this so this gave an opportunity to United Nation subsidiaries to work directly with people of Pakistan and with this the major loss and dent occurred that few amigos organizations entered in Pakistan with different agenda. However come to the point to handle all these crises and along with continuous operations of war along with future planning Is it wrong that we allocate high budget to Pakistan Army. There is multipurpose cause to do this, few intellectuals have objections under the definition of that Military runs their own companies and firms, it is very easy to raise fingers but at same time think who work for all this which is mentioned above and will be given below and to meet expenses do you think Budget is enough. So it is necessary to run some organizations for country progress, social welfare and to attract foreign investors otherwise in private sector hardly 8-10 groups are working in different industries, mostly also and since 1947 they are in business but when you will go in detail it is clear that big gap exist within Government policies on tax /duties

Just take the infrastructure of Roads, can anyone tell me s ingle construction company Like FWO in Pakistan (Read my Article On FWO at LinkedIn), There is not a single company as civilian Government played smart role they spent heavy budget and some higher portion divided between officials and politicians and road prepared in the way that within 5-6 yeas again it will be named again or repaired.

Maybe I am wrong that major projects were built by the Pakistan Armed Forces participation from 0-100% according to the plan but their participation is necessary.?In past they contributed in directly/directly as now a days CPEC (having multiple projects) army is fully involved and its head is also Lt General (R).

I completely disagree that the elite groups in the society have their own reasons to turn a blind eye on the military economic interest. This era ended Now it is changed Military and specially with existing COAS you will see that How are all fighting against corruption, but it will be foolish and unprofessional and uneducated opinion if any in think that all will be OK and perfect within one year almost 45 years continuous damaged corruption cannot be zero on in 2-3 years yes journey started and also first of all it is necessary that what is the reason if reason /problem /root cause will be addressed thing will be ok.

Some well-educated and intellectual give example of military dominated politics and Indonesia model. The person with minimum common sense can easily evaluate if he is patriot and die hard Pakistani that still we don’t have required funds to cater needs and on other side some politician always try to give tough time to Army , it is their patience that they are supporting democracy but in my opinion this system has not worked I am not saying presidential system but the strongest economies countries and nations don’t have democracy because for future we have to move think tanks in confidentiality.

Certainly, I am talking about the major projects. Can you imagine that How was it completed while hiding its actual location /transportation on the other hand CIA/Pentagon who were continuously checking through satellites each & everything even cold Test Tunnel in Chagi in 1983 but were not 100 % sure & aware till 1997.

These are linked with economy bas here is one class which say Army take our budget Now who will groom them & increase their brain capacity that The Muslim Force Pakistan armed force Is preparing things for the upcoming battles with terrorists and may be followed by any country but we will not initiate. battles although we are peace full country but never left any stone unturned o equipped with latest techniques despite limited Resources.

So, at that time still Mafia, corruption was not penetrated like this which we are facing now.

EITHER OUR ARMED FORCES & CIVILIANS HAVE ANY RIFT OR ISSUE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF BUDGET. IN LAST ?45 AND AT PRESENT AS PER MY OPINION WE SHOULD NOT DISCUSS AS WE NEED TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL AND PROVE AS UNITED & CIVILIZED NATION WHICH IS READY TO FACE ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE CHALLENGE.

However, 1985 onward the system of political Governments started in between Army rule came but due to corruption Pakistan & Nation suffered. Although things can be managing in transparent way. First of All, Financial insertions were hit while getting load, then waive off & fake insurance claim. Then Custom; Law/SRO Changed to facilitate Government /Politicians. When they started So How Other Businessmen can behind, they started to invent new ways on every year in every industry that influenced not only civil bureaucracy, Industry, Majority Ministries, Politicians used public money like anything. The fear of Police eliminated & everyone was himself became law enforcement agency.

Despite mix of people abuse them and reasons can’t be mentioned here. The social media gave more encouragement to many others and just without knowing facts they insult our armed forces and political rulers and still I am unable to understand that what is stopping us to save sovereignty of Pakistan because internal & external element

Earlier Well educated people from civil services & few com Business Community Kept double standards in absence of Arm they used dirty abusive language & business community also don’t like even I have listen word from the big institution of the Government that they abuse even those?people still working in the company but when they meet they appreciate them

Now this social media helps a lot to that uneducated, dirty thinking people of nation that they wrote abuse. So why is not media comes & in peak hours along with Corona virus, Economy details awareness also groom Moral value.

It is my request that this must be stopped as Civil office is not meant to ruin the Government affairs even not army but if all will be cheaters & will guide in wrong way to New politician?used to tell old way & its implementation to provide businessmen in different industries certainly it is not one-way Traffic. However, our internal & external enemies fear from Pakistan.

THERE IS ONE PLAN OF GOD & OTHER IS THE PEOPLE MAKE ON EARTH & HOW UNDER THE NOSE OF USA PAKISTAN BECAME NUCLEAR POWER.

Please note few things which may add value once you understand the economy and its major KPI’s including defense budget. In 1947 Pakistan Economy was in worst position, slowly gradually improved Public +Armed Forces were together, due to communication barriers very few people knew about major plans for development and all things were in better position.

But unfortunately, world dictating forces (Cartel of west, USA, Greater Russia) started their action plan around after establishment of united nation for dictating and planning for the Muslims countries for different Muslim countries and main target was to keep always these countries in developing stage. These countries should not join the club of Developed countries as 1200 years dominating position and result of many wars were so disturbing and at many places of the world Christianity almost limited to their own location and they were bound to get instruction/commands from Muslim Rulers even in the tenure of King Jalal Uddin Akbar and Ottoman Empire Queen of England used to write letter for updating their country status either peace or they are going for small battle etc.

This fear was present since Long and then USA started to establish trade in new shape and industry took a new turn by 1900. The American had built for thousands of new gasoline vehicles, holding automobile races and other events to entice the public. The USA planning to get Crude followed by Automobile industry and new era of business development started special multinationals oil companies started to work specially in those countries which were rich in crude followed by other countries from upstream business initially followed by mid & downstream business. By 1955 more than 50 million cars were registered only in the united states., twenty years later over 100 million were on the books. In which Saudi Arab, Nigeria, Iran, Egypt Included as these countries’ situation remained calm and no war occurred However Saudi Arab & Egypt president were murdered by their own relative and Armed forces respectively.

The compel institute doesn’t crises but who criticism why is not come and speak openly? They will quote Prime Minister and Government and screw Army. Some time I feel that someone dictating them and they are against Pakistan as Common Pakistani can’t speak in this way, today at any place of Pakistan any cadre officer in uniform will go people respect because they know that this Army one?of the unique army and consistent in war since 1979 till to date and thousand martyred shahadat it is not easy to fit bullet on Front for this determination, devotion and 100% die Pakistani full of love with Pakistan and Islam fight.
