Good morning dear readers! How are you!
Thank you for taking the time again to share some thoughts with us in a business world where we don't have time.
Let us make up our own minds about the concepts of economy and ethics, compassion and consciousness, empathise, think and act together in a trusting, transparent and participatory way.
The question I ask myself as a business lawyer and various universities and courses of study is, how do I, as a theorist, make it?
to give people my ideas of ethics for them in practice,
to give a fellow feeling for ethical values, for abstract words like corporate social responsibility, legal compliance and internal leadership guidelines of empathic communication and good leaders.
How do we manage, in a world of abundance of knowledge, of articles, news, images and different points of view,?
give young students a glimpse of a visionary, positive, utopian future in which respect for legal rules threatened with sanctions is as much a matter of course
as working together in an ethical, empathetic and emotionally healthy working environment.
In a work and business ethic that is simple and understandable for everyone and in which communication, thoughts, ideas and different opinions can flow more easily, can be exchanged and in the end can be implemented in a common action and activity for everyone.
So it is up to us, as teachers and economic role models, to give young people a sense that in addition to avoiding legal disputes by following legal rules,
it is also to give them an understanding?
that within the framework of the law, there is a great deal of leeway for internal design,
within companies and teams, the way of dealing,?
of communication, decision-making processes and conflict resolution are lived out in an appreciative, empathetic and constructive cooperation through jointly recognised and dynamically developed moral and ethical rules.
Especially in the 21st century, in the age of digitalisation, in the age of endless e-mails, ever faster communication and international cooperation with people of different cultures, social backgrounds and cultural views, it is essential to
It is essential to create a common ethical standard that allows for a transparent, mutually respectful and inclusive code of conduct that provides the best possible interpersonal platform for the creative and constructive exchange of ideas, views and visions.
Ethics, then, is the human mental band of consciousness that, within the framework of legal regulations, is the very

efficient and successful cooperation and goal-oriented and efficient profitable economic activity.
Every one of us knows from everyday life that so-called soft skills and ethical moral values are essential in an increasingly fast-paced and multicultural society.
Ethics, an overall economic responsibility for the workers, for the production sites, for the economic and ecological environmental conditions of the respective production locations and?
responsible stewardship of our finite resources by key players such as shareholders, rating agencies, entrepreneurs and government agencies, which is what makes a humane and sustainable economy possible in the first place,?
that is not only profitable, but also innovative and successful in the sense of the greatest possible common good for all.
While my words may be very abstract, they give my holistic view of the incredible growing importance of?
interpersonal-ethical-moral manners, ETHICS,
which will be the true "turbo" of a new kind of non-profit sharing economy of the future.
In the age of the 21st century, of digitalisation, of the "global virtual- cyber-village of the age of 3D -VR and virtual cyber- spaces, split-second transactions and electronic currencies like Bitcoin,
which can no longer be controlled and regulated by local legislatures,?
common ethical values of all those working in the "Digital Village Earth" are the last and most important link and bond to enable a humane, meaningful, respectful and sustainable economy.
For every person doing business on this planet, whether as an employee, a freelancer, a digital nomad or a business leader,?
the basics of emotional intelligence called ethics in the areas of decision-making, conflict resolution and participation as well as trust-building and successful team leadership are indispensable basic elements of successful long-term and macroeconomically positive humanistically generated profit-making!
