Economic unrest, hybrid work and disability quotas: tackling the challenge.

War for talent, quiet quitting, and socioeconomic instability. If there was still pondering, 2022 and 2023 came to prove that the world we live in is, in fact, a BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible) world.

In a context of great uncertainty and economic instability, marked by the affirmation of hybrid work models and the growing demands of regulators and other stakeholders with regard to DEI, companies have major challenges ahead.?

One of them is precisely to ensure the well-being and motivation of employees in the context of an imminent financial crisis. Another is to respond to the new legal requirements for hiring people with disabilities in Portugal.?

To support you in designing possible solutions to these challenges we are going to have a webinar on DEI in times of crisis.?

Simultaneously, we developed an e-book with tips on how to not only hire but include people with disabilities.

Finally, we are approaching International Women's Day at cruising speed. In 2023, it is time to leave superficial initiatives behind and bring intersectionality to the forefront. Therefore, if your company is still preparing initiatives to celebrate this date, we recommend that you consider the experiences of all women, white, black, disabled, migrants, LGBTQIA+, generation X, or generation Z, among others. Because talking about gender equality is addressing the challenges of all women and contemplating the multiplicity of their experiences.
