Despite efforts to stimulate consumption, China is still grappling with economic imbalances and excess inventory in the property market. APRIL 11 LONDON LUNCH

NEW DEALS by Asset Class, Size and Alpha

Below are some of the most recent deals (funds and companies) added to our pipeline. Qualified Purchaser (QP) Allocators can access part of 361Firm’s Deal Database (searchable by assets, type, industries, size, etc. with deck links), once approved via our Diagnostic.

YOU CAN ONBOARD DEALS via 361firm.com/onb - please take 2-5 minutes to onboard this way - far more effective than emailing us. We will keep it confidential and you can decide if the “no-name” parts can be added to the 361 Pipeline for Approved Allocators.

Onboarded deals are reviewed by the 361 banking team in daily pipeline calls. This could lead to

(1) a formal sell-side engagement by onboarding our Broker-Dealer platform as described at 361firm.com/onb or

(2) an investment considered by 361Core Members (with at least $10M to invest in ALTs in the next 12 months) which give 361 a wide buy-side mandate - see more at www.361firm.com/core).

Formally mandated clients can be added to (a) our Private Deal Database described below, (b) the agenda for PCI Allocator Sessions, and a range of i-banking marketing services.
