Part one - Tech News
For us, one of the best use cases of AI in ecommerce from 2024. Asklo provides live FAQs, initially on PDPs but with the potential to be applied to other parts of the ecommerce user journey. For the Shopify appoholics >> Stock Monitor
New app from Tim Martin-Harvey and Luke S. , reacting to Shopify’s lack of historical inventory data. It’s designed to help ecommerce teams get in control of store inventory with daily tracking, real-time stock alerts and detailed analytics. Stock Monitor aims to help you minimise stockouts and sharpen your insights into inventory trends.
Providing personalisation for email campaigns at scale including animations & interactive content. It doesn’t require engineering resources from retailers, it’s a creative solution plugged into your CRM/ESP.
I like it because it utilises your existing tech (Klaviyo, Emarsys, Ometria, Campaign Monitor etc.): you send your emails as normal, inlights add the personalisation.
Already being used by major brands including Boden , Bravissimo and Tails.com | B Corp . The Boden case study reports a 21% increase in revenue per email. Thanks to Leigh Mardon for flagging this tech to me.
Part two - Video: 5 Ways To Maximise The Impact of FAQ Content?

Have a listen to ???? James Gurd waffle on about five options to leverage this content, make it more visible and hopefully more impactful to influence shopper buying decisions.
