Ecobank Zambia Wins Prestigious Banking App of the Year Award.

Ecobank Zambia, a subsidiary of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, is proud to announce that the Ecobank Mobile App has been recognized as the “Banking App of the Year” at the Zambia E-Commerce Awards. This recognition serves as another confirmation of the pan-African banking group’s expertise in technology and digital innovation. The award ceremony took place on October 11, 2024, at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel, Lusaka.

Commenting on the award, Aina L. In line with our priority for customer experience, the bank will continue to expand the functionalities of the app. These will be in addition to exciting features like instant account opening, bills payments, data & airtime top-up, seamless transfers across Africa and secure biometric login.”
