The real truth is that 'Green deal' that Blair spoke of is part of the same work that President Trump used to mediate with Kim Jong Un. The same work renamed Green New Deal presented by President Biden. The green deal in it's original form is very simple. Government, people and companies cooperate together in a win-win way that works for all. The same strategy of the countries of Asia and the West having a green deal that postponed war via peace making by using the cultural event of the Winter Games as a way to break the deadlock of an unresolved 70 year war. Yes, 11 US administrations had not succeeded in mediation between the USA and North Korea, two terms of Bush and Obama had not answered the issues with a viable peace process. When President Obama left office he said in his letter to President Trump; 'North Korea will be the biggest foreign policy challenge of your Presidency.' Yes, that peace roadmap was written by me, sent to Washington, was used.?

The narrow thinking of the government at the time looked at what modes of transport there were ie trains, buses, tube, cars, taxis, bikes. They looked at the space, the amount of use of all these modes of transport and did not have an answer.

My answer was to use all possible resources available to obtain an answer. An Integrated answer. The most important resource of all was the goodwill of people. Everyone wants a good transport system by creating a very, very nice new transport system based upon the best collective thinking of people and new modes of transport created, people themselves become the answer. So many new ideas combined. IE Bike share, stacking bike systems, timed walking routes put onto signs, making the underground nicer with having good buskers given busking licences, having vertical planted gardens at stations, having requests for people to send in their own ideas, having signs that show people they are of value to the transport system, having zip line, cable car, using those 1970's kids scooters though with EV motors on them, using concepts from the developing world like rickshaws, new types of peddle powered delivery vehicles, walking bridges across the Thames, walkway over the 02 Dome, top up parking metres that can be done from phones, embracing EV as a new technology, electric buses and incentives towards greener travel, all of these new increments together create a happier and greener transport system. The transport system puts people first, provides the facilities and then people themselves create many new modes of transport that then reduces the pressure on all the other existing modes of transport. The document was written putting the people first, the peoples needs first as the very first consideration and from that then the modalities of transport would evolve as they did. I cited that if this scheme was instigated then London could then benefit so much it could obtain the bid to host the Olympics and by doing so help regenerate the east end of London beyond the city. Well that was all copied and stolen and in that document I mentioned big idea for community, big strategy. What the government both in the Uk and the USA today fail to understand is one very simple work. Respect. Respect to the people, all the people that the strategy document is being written for. That is the principle reason that big society failed, they were trying to simply get benefit to the government, ie me first mindset. The opposite is how things work in reality. Give respect to people and then the benefit comes back to the government. They can't get over the giving first in order to receive. They should all read theology more in whichever form. Anyway, they had instigated Integrated Transport System well enough by 2008 to have won the Olympic bid derived from the benefit to transport in London.

They had been everything other than respectful in any way to myself, the author of the plan. Yet they had instigated it with enough 'goodwill thinking' towards people using the transport system in London enough, with enough resources provided to know that Integrated Strategies can work, they can produce answers that are both respectful to people as much as they are successful for both transport and for the planet as a whole. This can improve the logistics of a problem enough to help some 10 million people every day. Yet more than that this can create a model that can be replicated around the world, other countries emulating this and that then produces a realistic global answer to climate, yet without needing to have 21 years of trying to obtain agreements between countries. Simply create a system of many interconnecting parts, that links to the good nature and respect for people and the answer works on its own, powered by peoples own thinking power with the resources created. So the above Shuttle strategy fits into that new facilities, ie park and ride minibuses, great lifestyle improvement to all. More time at home, more productive work time, more relaxed modes of transport, more time in bed and more connected community and yes, massive benefit to air quality in London and big idea that works for London, Manchester, Birmingham, Paris and Los Angeles if they want to do something similar. ULEZ taxes everyone, attempts to create a 'greener London' at a cost to the environment in other countries.?

The lies, the propaganda that were resisted in Berlin then, relate today to the lies and the propaganda that needs to be explained and exposed today. However, returning to the original thread at the same time that Bike Share a scheme designed to help small business owners in London benefit from a collective bike scheme for the capital got changed into being Boris Bikes, there was the scheme of Shuttle on the desk as well as a part of the same consultancy document that Boris Bikes was derived from. A part of the same non-acknowledgement in the UK and the USA of the good peace and diplomacy work that was done by many countries in the world from 2017-2021. The incorrect representation of that diplomacy then has resulted in failures in West and East relations and the justified fear of potentially a nuclear war. The massive ring of lies that Sadiq Khan is a part of covering up is a part of the biggest legal cases in the history of The United States of America. It's a part of the biggest risk there has ever been to the people of the United Kingdom.

Hillary Clinton said to Boris Johnson that he should release the Integrity initiative Report. She is one of the most well informed officials in the USA. When she said that she had been The Former First Lady. The Longest Serving Secretary of State and Presidential Candidate. Boris Johnson ignored her belief that The Integrity Initiative Report should be released. Him doing that has resulted in the really ecological, community friendly, people and planet friendly version, Shuttle being not known and ULEZ being put onto the public even though scientists are calling out this incorrect science of this and what's more being silenced by Sadiq Khan.

What's more had The Integrity Initiative Report been released. There would have been known to all that there was a direct link to the scientific findings of the Integrated Transport System instigated in London linking to successful peace roadmaps that were used for the most successful peace processes in the world in the 21st Century. It would have been known that Vice president Mike Pence saved NATO and the EU by his mediation with President Erdogan to stop Operation Olive Branch. It would have been known that Russia and China were the first countries to agree to the Integrated Peace Roadmap for North and South Korea, before President Trump made any statement on this. It would also be known that the world very narrowly escaped World War three twice in 2017 and that the only reason that the world did escape from this was due to the fact that many countries both capitalist and communist followed a peace roadmap, a script written by me. There has been in all media a massive gap in information. A conspiracy to cover up the truth about how the debate went from President Trump to Chairman Un citing nuclear threats to having a 'love in' well to get there, there was effectively a mediator. That mediator was me. The non representation of that in the media has been caused by The Integrity Initiative Report, never being released. Instead of Boris telling the truth about how Russia and China had been both very responsible to global diplomacy he maintained the false narrative that Russia was a threat and after Russia had helped also in Syria mediate peace between Turkey, Syria and Israel. Thus preventing a war that would have split NATO in terms of alliances. Johnson as Foreign Minister did not thank Russia for this, but held a press conference in Kent at a bomber command centre. This was then followed up with the statement made. 'Lets get naked, lets show Putin how tough we are, lets get our pecks out.' This was said at G7, the first G7 conference after Covid, eight months after this. Russia believed that NATO was intending in reality to invade Russia and went into Ukraine. Whilst Boris Johnson could say that he was only joking. Making a joke whilst sitting next to G7 and the EU about 'showing Putin how tough we are'. Evidently was not considered to be humorous to Russia, China and North Korea. This is especially the case when it's really known that the good diplomacy that all three of these countries had done in 2017 to avert a world war by mediating with the West and helping to improve relations more so than ever before in 70 years since the cessation of The fighting of the Korean War had ceased with the creation of the Demilitarised zone between North and South Korea. So the real truth of all this is that there have been lies that began in terms of green transport in London, that resulted in firstly copywrite theft by Mayors and Prime Ministers, this then went on to being a full exploitation ring central to most Uk politics that saw Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrats sharing stolen strategy content and sharing this between them. In the words of David Cameron, 'We are all in it together.' The implications of that resulted in him wasting tens of millions of tax payers money. Not being able to provide the original thesis to big society as it was stolen via practices that are not legal under the law of The Magna Carta which pre-dates Parliament. The practices of 'the dodgy dossier' were not stopped when that was exposed, they became the standard norm in UK politics. Yet, the implications of prime ministers not really understanding the work they were copying, led them to want to copy and steel more and more, this then led to President Obama, then President Trump then President Biden doing the same. In fact the Green Deal originated from the exact same work that President Trump used for peace-making with North Korea, which originates from the exact same work as the third way, boris bikes and green investment bank. The lies and the deception in fact when properly known extend from New Labour to The Conservatives and Liberal Democrats to The Democrats to The Republicans and back to the Democrats.

Does this mean that there is no hope for Western democracy? No it's the complete opposite of that, there is massive hope, there are answers to help all people, end cost of living crisis's, make peace end war, improve the NHS, affordable housing, improve government and produce a very real community friendly, country friendly, planet friendly society that is able to cope and to deal with the vat levels of problems in the country and the world today and for the remainder of this century. So what's obstructing this? Only careerist politicians that thieve original political strategy work from people that are far more talented than them in producing answers to problems like London's transport crisis, that they never had the answer to themselves. When presented with the answer they just became more and more dishonest, covering up for each other, preventing the people from getting the benefits and trying to create a more controlled big broth society of cameras, Orwellian levels of control, perpetual conflict and unhappy people. Well many countries have said no more. There has been the biggest shift over to BRICS ever by more countries. The BRICS countries want peace, stability and a good future for all people, in the interests of all people whether they live in capitalist, socialist, theological or communist countries. However, the UK has been maintaining a way of thinking that no, we are controlling other countries, we are controlling increasingly more our own people. No matter who you vote for, the government always gets in is one consideration in this. The other consideration is that ULEZ is totally undemocratic. There have been no real debates, an opposition party putting into place a scheme that prices out of community most people. A scheme that is being instigated whilst a much greener scheme that works fully for people and can help upcycle cars to be greener via the use of greener energy is ignored. Not allowed a Parle.

The incorrect representation of all of this really is not a Labour, Conservative, Democrat, Republican thing. It's a corruption by individuals within all of those otherwise great in some ways parties. Where the world is today is a potentially perilous place unless good thinking and action happens starting with ULEZ and working from there all the way up to the issues that are creating problems in the USA as that is related to this. In the USA the Democrats and Republicans blame each other. There is an incredible paradox that President Trump has more charges against him than all the Presidents of the past combined. I'm not going to defend any of that. That's up to him. Yet, what I am going to say is this. US politics the narrative in the media is so totally out of touch with the way the rest of the world is, they have failed to actually even register the fact that during the Trump administration more International wars were stopped and prevented than by any President in history. Not one media outlet has considered how and why this was possible? The USA like any country should put it's own national security first. However, to be able to do that in the real world requires being totally honest within the government at least of exactly knowing how national security was maintained in the past. To be able to do that requires having all the information. To have that requires that governments pass information from one to the other and there is really good analysis in terms of really knowing how peace making between countries was obtained previously. In order to have that requires that there is also an admittance of inability in the past.

Two terms of President Obama, with Vice President Biden and they leave office to the elected President Trump and Vice president Mike Pence. In the letter from President Obama to President Trump. He writes...' the biggest foreign policy challenge you face as President will be that of North Korea.'

Let's get some context on this. The USA/The West. at that time had NATO positioned on the border of Russia. There were wars in Afghanistan, Iraq was mostly being exited from, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, and Syria. At that moment in time Hillary Clinton was citing a 'no fly zone being created in Syria'. That could have put the USA and Russia into war. President Trump's choice to move towards exiting was the better choice by far in my opinion. However, even with all of that the two term serving President Obama believed that North Korea was the biggest challenge. Let's again get this into context. Neither North nor South Korea lost the Korean war almost seventy years ago. Both side decided to have a truss, to stop the war and to create the demilitarised zone between two countries. There had been 11 Presidencies that never produced an answer of how to produce a viable peace process. There had never been face to face talks ever between the USA and North Korea. The tensions between the two countries had got more and more from the time of George W Bush being President. President Obama for two terms did not have an answer, which also amounts to the fact that Vice President Biden did not have a viable answer either. In fact within weeks of them leaving office there were nuclear threats for the first time ever between two nuclear powers. At that moment in time after they had talked about the size of nuclear buttons, they went from that into 'meeting and diplomacy'. How that happened was never reported in any press in the world. Exactly how that happened is not fully understood either by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak or President Biden today.

When President Trump said he would look at 'all options on the table' (A few years later think Putin and very large table.) It was my consideration that there was not a option other than war. President Trump had mostly Hawks in official positions of Foreign Policy. Were they really going to say, Hey President Trump, let's have a 'Love in'. Specifically a term referencing the 1960's 'be in' gatherings in places like San Francisco. The explanation of the most serious of peace mediations was totally ineffectively represented. What the Biden administration did when taking office is make three mistakes. 1. Though back to the same way o thinking of 2016, when there was no answer to mediation. 2. Consider the problem only from an overly Western way of thinking. IE try a type of 'maximum pressure', approach, believing the rhetoric and not the real facts as stated by President Trump. President Trump had met with Kim Jong Un only due to the fact there was a mutually respectful meeting that took place as presented in my peace roadmap previously that occurred at a cultural, not a political, a cultural event with Ivanka Trump first meeting Kim yo Jong, Kim Jong Un's sister. The success of this a meeting without an agenda, simply being in the same space then provided the first step towards there being mediation.

That first step in peace making and diplomacy is what kept the world out of a world war in 2017. Yet, the link to that being possible goes before then to Russia. Russia and China changed policy to the 'Integrated Strategy Peace Roadmap methodology' I had written when it was said by Sergei Lavrov 'The Integrated Plan for Talk between North and South Koreas is evidently the best way to progress and even some people in Washington agree.' What really happened is that both the East and the West were essential to that peace process even beginning. Yet the story was told as Donald and Kim all of a sudden being buddies. That may sound good to a MAGA crowd in the USA, yet firstly it's completely incorrect and secondly it's in fact like trying to liken a Picasso painting to a doodle by a child. There was such incorrect representation of how the very most dangerous position that the entire human race had managed to get itself in that being so fucking stupid for want of a better way of putting it in the correct consideration and understanding of the most sensitive of diplomacy since the end of the second world war was completely wrong in every way and simply going to create more problems later. Ignoring the Chinese and Russia involvement in this again an error, no effective explanation to either Republican or Democrat Senators another error, not passing the documents on this peace process from one administration to another another error. The Biden administration even now not wanting a full and complete inquiry even within the government on this again another error, then without the knowledge of how the mediation was obtained in the first place, then ignoring the progress made and sending a nuclear ship to South Korea, having a new South Korean President and then war games. These have all been a whole series of wrong moves that have put the West and the East into a very difficult position especially as there is a war in Ukraine and quite literally whilst the West dismisses North Korea, the army of North Korea is vast by any estimations and all it would take is two days travel and there could be the biggest Mongolian Army in Europe since Genghis Khan. Anyway how does this all relate to London's Transport System's answer of 2003/4 I will explain.

So in 2017, it was only with this knowledge that many ideas, resources and components with a very good measure of respect and good intentions towards others can produce an answer even to hopefully preventing a world war. it was only with the findings of Integrated Transport System applied in London was I able to outsmart the whole problem. A peace process created by the fact a war of the USA against North Korea meant NATO vs the East, meant the end of world relations, trade, the end of the internet and the end of modern civilisation. North Korea, China and Russia did not want that any more than any other country like The Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the other countries which were essential for mediation to work wanted. All countries wanted an outcome of continuity of the modern world and all positioned their foreign policy to be supportive of that.

What the West heard was memememememe, Ie President Trump and my pal Kim and our love of Golf and Hamburgers. That is to be expected from a New Yorker, yet what's to be expected in the East is diplomacy and also respect, mutual respect. The win-win line of reasoning works well with the 5,000 year established way of thinking in the East. The 250 year old we are the best and the biggest and we will tell you how it is works in cowboy films yet not in the real world as President George We Bush found out in so many wars where they expected the local people to celebrate being 'liberated' and yet in fact di not like being invaded. The worlds people and cultures think differently and the non recognition of this by people that are meant to be International diplomats shows their lack of understanding and awareness. Today President Biden cites that he does not accept the way that peace making has happened in recent years. Well there are three potential wars in the world that disagree with that way of thinking. He should listen to his own past President when he was Vice President and that being that the issues with North Korea were the biggest challenge of the Trump Presidency. he should not make the same error of judgement that Blair made with the third way, that Brown made with Plan B, that Brown made with Green lifestyle centres, that Cameron made with feed in tariffs, green investment bank, with big society, that Johnson made with Boris bikes and so many other policies that could have been so much better, the same mistake Trump made when he said this. 'I don't need a fifteen year failure trying to tell me how to do a deal with North Korea, boy do I get a big kick out of that.' My copied Plan B for Copenhagen became the basis of the flexible Paris Accord, instigated by President Obama, then reversed by President Trump, then instigated again by President Biden. The peace progress with Iran, instigated by President Obama and then reversed by President Trump and the instigated again by President Biden and also China in terms of the mediation between Iran, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. The way in which mediation was made possible and worked with the East, the only possible way in this Earthly reality it will ever work between the East and the West is derived only from mutual respect. If you take that away and then flip flop between US administrations the idea of the USA being either on a win-win through peace making or a global policeman, we are in charge mindset. That can and will produce only one outcome. War. The reality is that more countries have shifted their alliances from the West to the East in terms of joining BRICS than there has ever been a shift before. IE the agenda of peace making has united all of Africa for the first time, all of South America, The Caribbean countries, All Muslim countries, all Arab countries, Israel, Turkey. In the context of The Grain Deal originating from my work, that's produced the second agreement in world history that had all United Nations countries aligned with and the only other time that has ever been achieved previously was with the Paris Climate Accord. The world wants peace. The US economy may be doing great, yet the rest of the world is not. Bidenomics, that word has got the word Om in the centre, the meaning of that can be referenced, however in the context I use this here it means absolute. In terms of where the world is today, absolute respect for the security of the Earth is essential and that is only obtained via diplomacy and that is only obtained via mutual respect. The truth is that all of the mediation between the West and the East that has been successful, that did avert what would otherwise have been a lose-lose scenario in Asia, a lose for all people in 2017 has only ever been incorrectly explained by people that know little or nothing in terms of the way in which people in Asia think. There is today, now a chance to step back from this ego driven, leadership idea that everything a leaders predecessor did was wrong and then doing the complete opposite. This is a very childish and dangerous mindset in a world that is very clearly and evidently balanced so precariously today in terms of all diplomacy.

President Biden putting nuclear weapons into South Korea from a Western perspective tries to say to North Korea, you had better comply, yet from the perspective of Asia, that is actually dissing North Korea, taking face, that requires North Korea do the same or similar to the West. So what's happening is that there is effectively a totally geo-politically autistic situation happening. Where Biden is sending weapons to South Korea to say don't mess with us and yet what's actually interpreted by North Korea is the USA saying please mess with us.

So President Biden may be President of the USA, the most important man on Planet Earth in his thinking, yet even he with his 250 year derived paradigm of reasoning, even if calling upon the 1000 year paradigms of thinking of the UK are not going to change the 5,000 year thinking of Asia. That way of thinking is like trying to change a Hippopotamus into a Honey Badger. It's just not going to ever happen. The actual policy of the US exiting from wars for other countries to mediate peace in the interest of all is all that kept the world out of WW3 in 2017. That may not be how the fantastical left and right media people told the story, yet that is the truth. Mike Pence being a real all American hero and saving the European Union from the biggest migration issue ever may not be how the story was told either, yet that's exactly how it really was.

After the success of the Peace roadmap for North and South Korea. I wrote a peace roadmap for the exit of Syria and yet with Turkey advancing from the North with Operation Olive Branch and Israel advancing from the South, the Syrian army in the middle, if those three armies would have come into contact, which they would have done within two days at most then the Wests most important allies would have been in conflict. This would have put the European Union into the position of having up to 10 times more migration through Turkey into the EU at a time of Spain and Italy and Germany being in contrast over the migration issue, West and Eastern European countries also as well as Brexit, cited as being at least in part due to migration. Ie taking back borders etc. Vice president Pence flew out and successfully mediated a peace deal with President Erdogan that created an immediate ceasefire. In addition to this President Putin citied that Russia would put troops between Turkey, Israel and Syria to prevent war.

If Vice President Pence or President Putin had not done that, then there would have been a war where the West would have been divided. A combination of Vice President Pence and President Putin saved the alliance of the West, yet just months after this Boris Johnson either not knowing this or ignoring this was threatening to bomb Russia. So today the war in Ukraine is both terrible and wrong in everyway. Yet to say that this war began in 2021 is as true as saying that Cape Town is the capital of Wales. The war began in 2014. between then and now China helped mediate peace between two nuclear powers India and Pakistan. The EU has been a consistent voice for calm, mediation and Human Rights more so than the UK or the USA.

The War in Ukraine was nearly stopped by President Zelensky and President Putin agreeing to meet and using content for this mediation that had been written in one of my earlier peace roadmaps. Boris Johnson met with President Zelensky and dissuaded him from peace talks in exchange for the supply or more weapons as cited by the former prime minister Bennett of Israel.

A combination of various UK prime ministers starting a lie that began with a transport consultancy document I was asked to write by Ken Livingstone's secretary in 2003 has resulted in their being only lies ever told in the UK in terms of the improvement to London's transport system from 2004. The continued suppression of the truth of that has then resulted in their being only lies told in the context of the most important diplomacy and peace making work worldwide from 2017 until today. There has only ever been lies told about how and why The Paris Climate Accord came into existence and much more importantly how to enable the Paris Climate Accord to work ie by including the other 100 Integrated Strategies that have been written, one of these included above in order to enable countries to adapt fast enough to the global climate emergency. ULES in all of this is the latest instalment of a politician trying to copy, emulate and represent completely incorrectly political strategy work that has been and is so important to be known properly in it's complete and full format that modern civilisation in future not only depends upon this knowledge being properly known and used. Modern civilisation as it is today has already been saved by this work various times. You are reading this now only due to the fact the internet functions, the worlds economy functions. President Biden is President of the USA, won an election due to the fact that there was enough peace maintained in the world and my work was central to that being possible in 2017. President Trump wanted to stay in power or go back into power and wanted Americans to think it was all his work, it wasn't it was very substantially my work.

The self centred paradigm of thinking by leaders in the Uk and the USA is the biggest security risk, it's causing them to not allow the truth, full truth to be known. That is resulting in the incorrect representation of leaders, a narrative only heard of dis-respect between leaders and that is forcing the West and the East to have to consider is the only option left nuclear war? That is not the only option left. There is one other option. People like Sadiq Khan realise that they have been pawns themselves in a political cover up that goes back 20 years. Realise that they currently in their current position are a part of the problem so too is Boris Johnson, so too Liz Truss, David Cameron, Tony Blair, Ed Miliband and many others. They are all staying silent about what is literally the most important information in the world. How did the West and the East not go into nuclear war in 2017. By the time the documents have been found and interpreted and presented through a court case it may be too late. Ukraine hitting a Russian airport today is pushing the choices of Russia in ways that should never happen in a sane world. Ukraine is desperate to have an answer to end the war, yet peace making and talks are the way that Russia Wagner and Ukraine want. The prospect of funding in terms of aid being stopped is a concern of President Zelensky understandably and yet there being effectively no response by the West to wanting peace making is putting all of the USA's allies in Europe at risk.

Russia today has few choices today, they explain how and why the mediations previously to other wars were effective, ie Korea's, Syria, Azerbaijan and Armenia, Afghanistan, Venezuela and they publicly agree to the Chinese and African peace processes.

This would present the full truth of what's really happened in terms of incorrect representation.

The USA and Uk realise there is the requirement for the full truth to be known in order to help mediate and they actively cover that in the press. The next option of waiting for court cases in the USA to discover all of this is not happening fast enough.

Another option is that people like the prime minister or mayor of London realise that the full non disclosure and best use of peace roadmaps is an issue that is lined directly to past leadership and they take responsibility in the here and now for protecting London and the UK as best they can and that requires the truth about peace making of the past fully known. The reality is that there have been threats made of missile attacks on The House of Commons and on Salisbury Cathedral. The reason for this is that the case that tells the truth, the full truth about past diplomacy is being held back by The House of Commons and that is being illegitimately done due to the fact that the law of the Magna Carta in terms of representation of original work is being obstructed.

The fact that I'm having to explain all of this continuously on a day to day basis is due to the fact leaders are not telling the truth. Yet, more than that people like Sadiq Khan and the MPs I wrote to before 2021 saying there is a really massive incorrect representation of peace processes, therefore diplomacy, therefore incorrect representation of countries and unless this is stopped by there being full truthful media this is going to result in war. They did not listen then nor now.

With all considered there is either going to be truth known and reconciliation or the lies perpetuated today that have been created by a complete lack of respect to the law, International law or respect between leadership of countries is going to take the world into a place of no return. Sadiq Khan is a cog in a machine that has caused and is causing on a day to day basis the suffering of so many people. This ULEZ scheme is a part of the biggest political cover up ever in British politics, which is a part of the biggest legal case ever in US politics, which is creating the biggest risk ever in the world for the most amount of people ever.

One of my favourite authors is an American called Thom Hartmann. He is usually very perceptive in what he writes. He has though written yesterday that the Republicans are the only party that believe in lies. Yet he is wrong about this. The Democrats think that it was 'maximum pressure' that kept the USA out of war from 2017 until today. That is totally wrong, it was respect, win-win through peace making between West and East that then got presented to a US electorate as being 'maximum pressure' coupled with simply the relationship that President Trump had with other leaders. That may have been some part of that, and yet it was peace roadmaps that presented how mediation in many cases could be obtained and be successful. President Trump used a mediation script to a significant extent that I wrote in all of the most successful mediations with Foreign policy. The fact that this has not been in the UK press nor the US press is a very significant part of the reason that mediation has not been effective enough in the past two and a half years. Whilst President Biden wants to use the method he used before, that did not work then, won't work now in my opinion and the risks create by failure in peace making could be absolute and that is of concern. No way back if mediations fail.

However, there is another aspect to this. Continuation of the war in Ukraine and in Russia with these attacks is increasing the risk of a coup in Russia. If that happens there there is a nuclear risk to the world. The vast differences of thinking between the Republicans and Democrats has largely been caused by their really having been so many untruths and peddled lines of reasoning in the press, so much so that both sides there are justified in believing the other side is not telling the full truth, as in fact they are not. The legal cases in terms of the former President Trump is an issue that is completely unknowable in terms of how that plays out. However, what I would say is that for there to be more truth, for there to be more words of calm, more words of respect in the USA for different views and opinion is important.

In order to make mediations work to begin with simply requires considering the issue from a whole perspective position, is war in the world not good for any country. Population in the USA not trusting each other, yet knowing that there is a whole lot of information not known is another potential crisis situation. Yet whilst President Biden has instigated some very good policies in the USA. Changing from peace processes that literally dozens of countries have participated in or geo politically positioned with has been a change in the world. Trying to get the old world back of endless wars and invasions is not the world that countries want. They know their own economies require peace making. Not only that having a USA only green deal makes no sense, there has to be some sort of basis for a green deal to be international and the only way that can be obtained is by better diplomacy and mediation and not worse. The best way to obtain the most progress the fastest is via many of the desertified countries and that's best obtained via peace making and that aligning to the obtaining of the Sustainable Development Goals, yet these obtained in a way that business is able to adapt with and more importantly than that even in a way that people can adapt to. The ULEZ scheme is an example of an attempted environment answer that neither people nor businesses can adapt to, therefore it doesn't work for the environment if the environment does not factor in the needs of people.

ULEZ is a perfect example of a type of green deal that's a complete failure. It's a failure due to the fact the discussion has been controlled and the public not listened too. The public incorrectly informed for the past twenty years is a part of this. Sadiq Khan should be pleased there is so much negative interest in ULEZ as it proves to him what's been presented is not going to work as well as he wanted and yet if he is prepared to look at all information consider the whole situation there is the chance to obtain a win-win. A win for London, for people, for business and for the planet. Similarly, the same can be possible with mediation, diplomacy and peace making yet peace making has to be considered of value and importance. Our world is kept functioning due to one reason only the quality of conversations between people has been good enough, there has been enough respect between the leaders of countries in the past. The non representation of that, of the times that the leaders of other countries were the best versions of themselves is what's got ignored and yet that truth known could be more important to the good future for people than any other factor or consideration.

Both Ukraine and Russia are both in an ever worsening situation. The most logical answer is a viable peace process. The best way to obtain that is either country helps make the truth known of past peace processes be known or other countries do. The two most obvious countries are the UK and USA.

Whilst you may not see the direct correlation between the failed proposal of ULEZ and the current state of world relations. Both failures have been caused by professional politicians believing they can just copy and incorrectly represent the vitally important life and world saving work potentially of Integrated Strategies. There has never been a methodology of geo-political reasoning that works as effectively locally amongst all sort of people and results in an improvement for all, then used and extrapolated and then used by the most diverse range of countries in the world with all their different ways of thinking and cultures and obtained enough of a middle ground to create cancel culture. Ie the cancellation of what would otherwise have been world wars.

If I was in President Biden's position after having read anything about this, and then having had the FBI also cite that they have obtained information about this from documents found. I would want to know what these Integrated Strategies are, how they have helped the USA and the West in the past. I would want the twenty top University Lecturers to want to understand this. I would not be simply dismissing a peace roadmap methodology that Albert Einstein was unable to produce. Einstein spent more years as a part of the peace movement than any other field. He wrote many times about peace and warned about the risks of nuclear war. President Trump has his faults that's obvious, however he made some very good well reasoned choices in terms of International diplomacy. he may have presented these in his own way, embellished with all sorts of stories and presented this in a way so as to get back into office in The White House. However, the reality is that President Biden publicly dismissed the methodology of Integrated Strategies that has been embraced and used by many countries. This whole idea, America is back. What's that actually really mean as an an Empire Building country, that invades five countries in the name of getting people to make little crosses on bits of paper? That follows that line of reasoning due to Tony Blair talking George W Bush into that way of thinking in Iraq. The reality is that the worlds ecology is breaking, the only way to repair that is cooperation. The countries so close to deciding if a cooperative enough world is really possible are having to make that choice whilst their capital cities are affected by the climate and whilst paradoxically their water supplies are at risk for their entire populations. If America is back then it needs to be back in the real world and that world is a world with a very different ecological dynamic than when Vice President Biden left office.

The ecological dynamic today is that there is either a win-win or a lose-lose and that's for all. No Skiing in Switzerland this year is crop failures next year is less water for animals the next year is less water for people the next year, is jump the borders or die the year after. No amount of Swiss chocolate or twinkly gold can equate to a glass of water in the desert.

In my 2009 film Ecoplaza Paradise Oasis, I predicted we would get to a time of converging issues. Ie one problem so much linked to another and another it would be impossible to know where one problem starts and another begins, cost of living in one country, famine in another, flood in one, fires in another, war in one economic crisis in another. The world today is a geo-political mess, that is the result of a diplomatic mess, that is a result of leaders making idiotic choices when presented with what were better options. Leadership, that is old in thinking unable to adjust to the new norms of today and to be able to fully recognise properly and clearly the very real potential losses as well as the very real potential benefits of shifting course. President Trump used my work in many cases well enough to get through the worst problems, yet he could have used the work much better. President Biden uses the terminology from my transport document of 2004, Green Deal. Yet, the world new is placed in there Green New Deal or New Green Deal. Again adding in nonsense. The basics, a deal whether it's a green deal or not needs to work for all sides. The truth is that many countries have been trying to do a deal with the West. IE we can work together, we can cooperate beyond our different systems, we can make things work that work for you and work for us. There have been many successes in this. At least enough to know that it's possible and the cooperation provable.

The West has at times gone with this, ie world war 2017, bad idea, lets make peace. Yet, today there is deluded idea, a type of thinking that is cooperate like adults? No, be in charge like a teacher. Go back to regime change and yet call it again spreading democracy. Yep, doing that once again in such a deluded way that only after years then saying 'we have to win hearts and minds', local people citing no we don't want that we would have preferred no invasion in the first place, and then a narrative feeding back to France, that these interventions are not a good idea. France changing its policy and then other countries changing their policy and then Americans voting on that exiting of wars, then back here we are again. However, the two differing narratives in the USA the flip flopping about on foreign policy each four years if anything puts one country into the most precarious of positions.

That country is Ukraine. President Zelensky is in a few weeks going to hear the Republicans all when questioned in debates on the USA and it's foreign policy under President Biden here one candidate after another saying President Biden did exactly the right thing? Really? No. They are in fact going to hear the complete opposite of that, and they are going to hear that explained in ways by a wide range of candidates that each in their own way make the case for being against support for Ukraine. That is a problem. That is a problem for Ukraine, for the USA and for all of Ukraine's allies. Are they in just over one year going to be the only funders and helpers of Ukraine? Being that when their domestic economies a re failing in part due to the war. The counter offensive in Ukraine has not gone the way Ukraine hoped. That is causing Ukraine to take more risks, that is resulting in Russia being forced to consider how can Russia get out of this war? President Biden not actually supporting any peace proposal, dismissing the peace processes of the past four years that both he and President Obama were unable to produce themselves is creating a situation of stoic non involvement in terms of peace making putting both Ukraine and Russia into an ever more desperate situation. Yet, there is more to this.

The USA dismissed the peace proposal produced by China within 24 hours. Yet, it's plain to see that there were dozens and dozens of boxes in terms of the peace processes done by the Trump administration. What I can say as being the most successful peace roadmap author of the past year, decade, century. Treat that as a multiple choice test. What I can say is that peace process thinking and writing requires hours and days, months and years of thinking. To write any peace roadmap that works is incredibly complicated and the best peace proposals are the ones that appear when presented to be the very most simple in terms of proposal and yet when put together in practice are engineered to be as complex, as complete as possible.

For the Biden administration to dismiss the excellent, very skilfully crafted China Peace proposal in just 24 hours proves only one thing. The so considered geo-political experts in the Biden administration would not recognise a great peace proposal even if presented to them. Their thinking is just not entrained in that way, they simply do not understand even the basic concepts of doing anything other than making and adding onto conflict. If I was in President Zelensky's position then I would have been very worried. President Zelensky is in a position where he has to keep up moral in terms of funding the defence of his country, yet he knows that this comes at such a massive cost and really having a mediated answer that Ukraine is helped with by an outside government, organisation or quango is in fact the best option. He is David Russia is Goliath. He needs all the support he can get and yet the risk of this support being switched on or off is actually beyond the control of a single US administration. President Biden's administration dismissing the China Peace proposal in one day, is like someone claiming to have read a dictionary in five minutes. I would not be surprised if China had invested very substantially in the producing of that peace proposal. The shortness and the simplicity of it that would have produced an immediate ceasefire and then a flexible approach into talks made alot of sense.

The China peace proposal could not have possibly even been thought about properly before judgement was cast. Then the Africa Peace Proposal that led on from that, that was enabling the full honest truth of the entire situation to be openly presented and considered for that to then not be even commented upon was to my mind completely ignorant and racist. This is the first peace proposal ever presented by Africa as a continent. What happens? The delegates and their parties from many countries are then held up in Poland on a plane due to issues apparently already resolved and not even given food and water. The comment about any of this, totally ignored. The comments made by the former prime minister of Israel about Western obstruction to the peace making that both President Zelensky and President Putin were prepared to do and were in alignment in their thinking with, again completely ignored.

The Biden administration I have watched many podcasts on in terms of the legal cases against President Trump. In terms of the way in which I have been treated after writing work that has done more to bring home US troops more so than any other author. Yes, I do personally have very big complaints about the way in which President Trump acted. However, in the same breath I have to say at least he and his administration listened to reason in terms of the rest of the world. Yes, his administration did not perhaps have the skillset I have. They were USAUSAUSA and all of that, yes I get that. I also get the fact that world problems in terms of wars, culture, religions, people, customs, etiquette, history, geography, political structure, social structure, national history, geo-political history, spiritual practices, historical alliances, current alliances, predictive writing both ancient and AI and so many other factors are so far beyond the areas of interest of most people that this simply does not factor into any of their day to day thinking or rational. With me it does. With those that have been dismissive of peace proposals quite evidently it does not and yet this is their job. Their job is to properly understand other countries, other cultures and to help produce informed thinking. In the context of all of the peace proposals today, they failed miserably.

It's their failure, their incapacity for reasoning in these essential areas of thinking and in terms of strategy and in terms of aligning this to the wants, needs ambitions of the Biden administration that has and is causing a massive global diplomatic breakdown. W can look for clues like all the new members of BRICS, we can look for clues like countries leaving the Commonwealth, we can be puzzled by statements such as by the USA's closest neighbours, ie Canada and Mexico of considering accepting BRICS currency. America is back. no, America's thinking is back in Americana land at the moment, roughly somewhere caught between 1960's and 2010 thinking. The place it certainly is not in terms of foreign policy is 2023 thinking. If it was then President Biden would not be making the same mistake that President Reagan avoided. President Biden would not be making the same mistake that Margaret Thatcher avoided. President Biden would not be making the same mistake that George WH Bush avoided. President Biden would not be making the same mistake that Prime Minister Winston Churchill avoided.

That mistake is to under consider to mis-incorrectly represent the capacity of Russia. The USA has massively not got it's eye on the ball today, more so than at any other time I can think of. The US notion that the war in Ukraine is all the way over there faces a potential reminder that North Korea and China border Russia, Russia borders a state of the USA. World relations right now are in the place on a local level of can we get it to work locally and nationally. On a global level they are in the same position can we get things to work cooperatively or not?

In terms of the local level expecting and believing that entire populations are going to bend down to AI and a bunch of video cameras is laughably wrong. No the environment comes first and before that the rights of people. On an International level the environment comes first and before that the rights of people. For people to have those rights requires peace making. It requires everything other than dishonest mayors and dishonest prime ministers that simply deal in a currency of a part of the truth. No, no, no this world is a whole lot more complicated than that the world needs a plan to progress, we have that plan. The details of that plan are being figured out along the way yet that plan has to begin with respect to people, respect to all people. That is enough to get beyond the crisis of today. I have to finish this off with what can be considered possibly the most important part in all of this.

Christianity, Islam and Judaism all share a common history. The Christian book known as the bible is written more about Jewish people than it is about Christians. The Quran features very significantly Jesus. When so called Christians burn the Quran they are burning one of the very few ancient sacred books that represent Jesus. The Ten Commandments align to the thinking of all three Abrahamic religions. One of these of all the ten sentences and demands that could have been made was to do with representation, and misrepresentation. The world today is as close as it's ever been to resembling hell with fires covering so much of the planet and the reason from this is due to the breaking of one of the ten commandments and that is the commandment relating to representation. You shall not bare false witness to your neighbour. The USA which neighbours Russia via Alaska is today bearing false witness in terms of peace processes. The UK which is neighbouring the EU is doing exactly the same. The Neighbour of Russia Ukraine has had some of it's land invaded due to the implications of Boris Johnson and Donald Trump bearing false witness. Sadiq Khan is doing the same in the context of my transport work, Rishi Sunak the same in terms of my peace roadmap work. The same is true of President Biden not putting the resources into even knowing what kept Americans safe from 2017-2021 via the International use of my peace roadmap work. And yet yet today we have Sweden not fully and properly assessing the peace roadmaps used by many countries, the geo-political implications of this playing out and then Sweden wanting to join NATO for protection. There is only one form of protection in this world for countries and that is to be respectful to other countries. To call out success in mediation and diplomacy and to be critical when diplomacy and peace making and talks fail.

Where the world really is today is not in a place that most people would actually know and recognise. They are busy collecting friends on Instagram and Facebook whilst the real wrangling of countries goes on behind the scenes. There is a good way through were we are today, yet only just from what I consider. The celebration of past peace successes, I consider to be of the greatest importance, a sense of forgiveness towards domestic political adversaries. A level of respect to geo-political adversaries. A sense of humility in terms of what we have got wrong, we are only human and a sense of renewal in terms of what others got wrong. For me to write this pro this party or that would be telling the story incorrectly both the right and the left in the UK and the USA have made massive mistakes. Yet what I believe is that the most important aspect of all this is to pick up from where things are right, now, here, right here in the here and now and make the best out of a bad situation. Yes stand up and say no to ULEZ and hope that Sunak or Biden stand up to mediation, diplomacy and the very best use of Integrated Strategy work to help guide the world and humanity out of the hole that we are all currently in, though many there without actually realising.

Russia and Ukraine both require a diplomatic exit from the current situation. An extended war is not in the interest of either. The USA and the UK being dismissive of past peace making is wrong. The projected disconnect between peace work and London's transport answer is equally wrong. I produced answers for people and planet that improved a transport system. I used exactly the same thinking to produce viable peace processes that worked in practice. The fact that the entire population in the Western world do not automatically make that connection between the answer to London's transport crisis and the best peace processes of this century is caused only by an incomplete, an ineffective and a dishonest political and media discourse. The answer to transport as well as to war is being honest about answers that have worked in the past and using these today to answer to issues that need to be answered for there to be a good tomorrow.

There have been so many different protests in London. Extinction Rebellion, Insulate Britain and there have been counter protests as people need to get to work, carry on their ordinary lives. The truth is firstly they are all right in what they are saying from different logical layers of reasoning. What that creates is a paradox. Yes, everyone has the right to do what they do, yes everyone is entitled to a planet that is safe, that is not causing extreme weather, that is not taking from people all that they have worked for all their lives. To get to that position requires government that is not just logical on one logical layer ie yes, yes, yes to climate no, no, no to people. Not just yes, yes, yes to people moving, and no, no, no to people protesting. London does not need answers that work in one way, not another, sold to enough people with a mustn't grumble mentality. No, London and in fact the world needs exceptional policy. Policy that is the best.

Policy that answers the climate, answers mobility, is affordable, is convenient, is good for local business, is best for the people with the least as much as it is best for people with a bit more than that, a bit more than that and a bit more than that. London needs first rate. New Green Industrial Revolution answers that don't just work for Londoners, they work for everyone. Answers, policies, strategies that are indisputably perfect both for people and for planet. Answers that unite, not divide, answers that improve people's lives and lifestyles, not convert people into second rate versions of AI machines. The reality is we can have our cake and eat it too, if our ears are not filled up with half baked, ineffectively planned, sold to ideas. 'I will be proven to be on the right side of history?' Forget being on the right side of history, people want to be on the right side of their overdraft facility. ULEZ makes that impossible for too many people.

ULEZ is anti people, anti local environment, anti community, anti-common sense, anti-not so common sense and a complete parody of a policy. ULEZ is the near perfect representation of a badly thought through policy that was then superseded by a brilliant people planet policy that was then stolen by prats and converted into many good ideas and then twenty years later into a terrible idea called ULEZ.

The same levels of thinking of taking and distorting near perfect hypothesis derived strategy work, passing that around offices full of bureaucrats, ticking boxes rather than really fully hammering our strong solid strategy content that is win-win, then instigating this in a way that effectively takes away the few pence that people have left over for enjoying their lives is deplorable. There are better answers that work for people and planet, answers that do so easily answer the Insulate Britain issues, the mobility issues of those that can least afford to travel as well as those whereby they are not on the margins of society, they are the well to do, yet they also resent paying council tax for using the street. ULEZ is another council tax bill, another pole tax with cameras on the top of the polls! No, no, no!

Londoners should not have to pay the price of Sadiq Khan employing shit strategists. No, if there strategies do not help people and planet, free movement of people and climate issues, if their policies are not 100% in the interests of people and planet, then it's back to the drawing board. Better than that it's back to the honesty box. The honesty of the fact that New Labour, Labour, Conservative Liberal Democrats took, copied, stole, lied for twenty years about the best political strategy work in the UK. The fed the public lies, they changed the policies anti people to pro conglomerates, pro AI, anti people, Pro thirty foot masts looking down on these little, tiny, miniscule, seemingly irrelevant things called people and they voted, yes, yes, yes to the march of 'progress' where people are marched out of their own relevancy.

Stop! enough of this idiocy. The planet has a right to existence and the animals and we should really be able to fit the people into all this as well somewhere. No, put the people first, get the ones heard that have the answers so that the people, planet, animals, plants, commuters, environmentalists, anti-climate lobby and all the rest have an Earth friendly way to travel that is economically viable for all.

Net Zero Carbon, lets achieve that in the next five minutes everyone stop breathing for five minutes! That's obviously nonsense that creates these unrealistic paradigms of reasoning, equalled with green wearing ties, no, no, no. Let's just have a reality check here. Yes, there are issues with the climate, yes there is an issue with throwaway society that throws away cars for scrapping when their were ecological alternatives. Let's not pretend that everyone can afford electric cars and even if they could that would not be a good thing. Thinking that putting out more yellow lines to try and encourage people to use public transport. The less parking there is the more people use cars to drive and find spaces. Instead if it's made much more convenient for people to use collective travel options, allow them to use cars. Yet create the very most convenient way for informed and educated people to be able to use their cars for the minimum and create park and ride minibus schemes so that people can leave their cars anywhere, put EV scooters or bikes in the back, and get close to their destination on green community transport and from where they get to use their electric modes of transport to get to where they need to go. Small is beautiful, and viable when big is well planned and thought through. Electric cars also take up road space, more Shuttle mini bus travel in London with easy to access space to carry EV scooters and the roads will be empty, greener safer than with many more electric cars

Today, big is not well planned. How did we get here? Okay, so the stockmarket was invented more or less three hundred years ago on a desk called the Racardo desk. That factored in very different criteria than is the norm today. The exploitation of people and resources for economic gain. A type of previous thinking with seemingly few morals with infinite resources. We increasingly began to find out that was not representative of our world and so we adapted, yet not fast enough. Add in a bit of pc verbage and ineffective strategists and that is where we have got to today with ULEZ.

The UK has in the past produced some of the best innovation and ideas in the world, mostly decades ago. The political elite are a very long way behind this, the MP's support them and the media support them, they don't support the best ideas and that's how we have got into this mess. Ra, ra, ra, wave your hanky and all of that, the quality of political strategy work that have been instigated by the MP's of the three biggest parties is abysmal. 1/10. The only exception to this is some of the work they copied from me, yet of all of that that's far less effective than it would have been if instigated with the originator/s involved. The transport strategy for London was about the best strategy, that is until ULEZ was proposed.

The world needs answers, England expects, the world needs and London delivers nonscience. London and the Uk can do a whole, whole lot better than this. London can deliver answers for the people that are obvious to us, that are embraced by Europe, that change and improve the World. London has always done that. That was until ULEZ was attempted to be instigated. London is, should be has always been a place of hope, a pathfinder for the rest of the world. It's always been a centre of ideas that just make so much sense, why did no other capital city think of that first? ULEZ is a good idea created by incredibly bad strategists. London deserves better, London deserves the best. London can create the best and from this show a fortified mass of answers that help all the countries in the world to progress. Yet, it can only achieve that by one Sadiq Khan saying something like 'yeah well ULEZ seemed like a good idea at the time, yet there is something so , so, so much better and that is Shuttle.

There are vast resources that are systematically ignored that can answer climate issues. Fabrics thrown away by the ton at council recycling centres could be used to insulate Britain, the road sidings to reforest Britain, the use of Cotton Easter Plants by the sides of roads to absorb pollution, the use of bamboo to keep the rainforests financially viable to preserve, the use of cork to increase cork forests, and agave to regenerate the deserts. The use of hemp the help stabalize rivers. All of these plans produce massive gains for ecology. All of this can find it's way into the economy. The economy as it is has created the issues of climate, coherent use of the most ecological products used more broadly can shift economy into helping ecology, helping create the ecological balance that's been lost. If Sadiq Khan wants to be on the Right Side of History then there are many strategies that he could instigate, any of the above plants or trees planted in London is one aspect. Yet being able to differentiate between a good and an okay strategy, being honest in that is vital. They used my work to improve London's transport, yet did not allow for full representation of my work, by me, that is out of alignment with the Magna Carta. The UK's mayors not being on the side of the Magna Carta is not on the right side of history, in fact it's aligned to thinking of before 1215. From 1216 onwards British people had the right to be paid for their work and to represent it properly. Having their work passed around from one mayor to the next, incorrectly representing it and then producing policies that are in opposition to the needs of people is everything other than on the right side of history. In fact it's not even on the right side of any human rights laws in Europe. It's an illogical, corrupt and morally wrong practice. London's mayor needs to acknowledge and get beyond 1215 standards in his policies if there is to be any chance of producing answers to 21st Century challenges.??
