December 20, 2024: EPA’s Reporting Instructions Update
On December 20, 2024, the EPA released updated reporting instructions for ECMPS 2.0. These instructions bring some notable changes:?

"At this time, there are no planned changes to the MATS reporting requirements for the initial release of ECMPS 2.0. This means that affected sources can expect to continue reporting MATS data into the new ECMPS 2.0 application when it is released as they have been reporting via ECMPS 1.0. Any major changes to reflect MATS submission requirements into ECMPS 2.0 will be announced at a later date."
Beta Website Challenges
The ECMPS 2.0 Beta site has faced significant downtime, including a maintenance shutdown beginning January 17, 2025. As of now, the site remains offline, with no anticipated reopening date. This has created challenges for vendors like ESC Spectrum, as testing capabilities are temporarily halted. ?
