Evolve- MIND tools to advance Human Intelligence

I recently had conversations on the topic, “Advance or Augment” or both.

I was stunned that many had no idea what was being discussed, especially since I was at a SHRM meeting.

Allow me to shed light to a hot and semi charged topic; to advance ones reality or augment ones reality. Which one is for you?

We are advancing at such a rapid rate if you are not? advancing also you will be grossly left behind soon.

Just to be clear - I am in the advance camp. I empower you to tap into more of your inner resources.? AND, I love all that AI brings us. ? It is a great teacher and helper.? It is another tool to aid us.? ?

Today I want to enrich you with Mastery 101 and speak to advancing you.

The human mind is a marvelous tool with so much Power and Potential locked inside, but the vast majority of us never learn how to unlock it.

Over years I have learned that Success is not based on luck or chance it’s training our minds to think, believe and operate in a way that is in alignment with your true wants and desires.

You have two minds: one is conscious and the other, unconscious. While the conscious mind thinks, the unconscious mind knows. (science is still getting clear on consciousness)

The conscious mind?has two aspects; a rational mind and a creative mind. ? The rational mind is thought to activate the left brain and?uses logic, sequencing, rational thought, analysis, objectivity and the ability to look at various parts of a given task.? ? While the creative mind is generally calm, quiet, and blissful? while supporting functions like imagination, intuition, ideas, concepts, connecting the dots, and seeing a bigger picture view.

Try picturing thoughts and feelings going back and forth between the two aspects of mind while being influenced by each.

Most people have a preference for using one mind over the other. Very few are adept at using both aspects of mind.

HOT TIP: The balanced use of both aspects of mind is required for those looking to advance.
