Echoes of Silence

The ocean is so dense. The moment you dive in, you are disconnected. You lose connection with yourself. You forget where you came from, where you are headed, what this is all about. Unconscious, you begin from nursery—learning the ABCs, figuring out how to swim, how to survive beneath the waters.
At times, when you rise for air, you catch glimpses of the sky, the planets, the stars. They seem to be watching you, whispering, calling—trying to tell you something. But how do you connect? It feels odd, disorienting. Once submerged, nothing makes sense. When all your energy and effort are exhausted just keeping afloat, you feel like an alien—estranged, competing with everything around you just to survive.
Sometimes, you see people—a few who seem to be connected, at ease in the waters, trying to share their secrets with you. But communication is not easy. The background vibrations are loud, chaotic. Even if the heart beats or the phone rings, you can't hear. You can't hear anyone, even if they whisper in your ears. Silencing the noise outside is not an option. The only way in is to turn inward—to search for the clues you planted before choosing to descend, before taking the plunge into this plane.
Shhh… don’t tell the mind. It guards the rules of the ocean, your agreement with the collective, your relationships with your neighbours. It won’t let you escape so easily. Reconnection may require you to unlearn everything you have done to adapt here. You may have to retrace your steps, discipline your mind—its patterns, its postures, its thoughts, engaged in zigzag navigation—make them work for you, listen to you rather than the whims and fancies of the collective.
Shhh… speak gently. The mind is listening. Show gratitude—it has been protecting you all along, shielding you from the dangers of disagreements within the family and the guardians of society.
Once the connection is reestablished, there is nothing to fear. What is above is also below. The methods of flight in air and swimming in water may differ, for the density of the medium changes. But you remain the same—an eternal being, unbound by space and time.
Wake up. Explore the?ocean?with?joy... ??????
