Developers have started construction on an ECHO Suites Extended Stay. The hotel will be located at 545 Double Eagle Ct. in Reno, NV.?The 42,661 square-foot, four-story hotel will have a wood-framed design, an exterior of stucco and stone, and 100 guest suites.?Construction of the project, which is valued at $10 million, with an estimated completion date set for Summer 2025.?Carter Rise Jr., Vice President of Sandpiper Hospitality is the project developer.?Bryce Clutts, CEO of Metcalf Builders is the General Contractor.?Krishna Paliwal, head of Design & Construction at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the hotel brand’s parent company.???
