The Echo Meter Touch bat detector/recorder

The Echo Meter Touch bat detector/recorder

If you're interested in bats you've almost certainly heard a lot about the Echo Meter Touch.

It's arguably the most affordable and convenient hand-held bat recorder option on the market, especially if you already have a compatible Apple iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

I have one myself, which is currently out on loan to a client, and I'm very happy with how it works on my iPhone, though the larger screen of an iPad Mini would make it easier to use.

I know, because quite a few people have told me, that the prospect of searching the internet to find the 'best' iPad, protective case and lightning extender can be a bit daunting for some.

It would've been a bit daunting for me as well, as I wasn't very familiar with Apple products and accessories up to a week or two ago.

One question I kept asking myself was: why don't any of the suppliers of the Echo Meter Touch also supply lightning extenders, which are essential if you want to use the Echo Meter Touch on an iOS device with a case on?

So, I added the lightning extenders recommended by Wildlife Acoustics to my website, as I knew that many people, including myself, had bought extenders from Amazon and found they didn't work with the Echo Meter Touch.

The next obvious question was: why don't any of the Echo Meter Touch suppliers also supply the iOS devices and protective cases?

I looked into it and found out why - there's no profit to be made on Apple devices!

So I added those to my website as well, as a service to my clients.

Now, you can get complete packages or individual items, as you desire, to go with your Echo Meter Touch.

I keep tweaking the page as I want it to be right for you, so please let me know what you think of it.

As always, I want to give to you the high level of service I'd want for myself.

Have a great day and enjoy the sun if you've got it.

Warm Regards,

Martin.
