My favorite is taking ebike on Amtrak to Berkeley and testing SF hills. But just the simple enjoyment of ebiking to and from work is very relaxing.

5. Your Favorite Riding Experience. (Any Short Story you’d like to tell or something else)
One day I passed one driver 4 times and he passed me 5 times. Driver would pass me then get stuck at next light. After 5th time he passed me close to 3 ft and was very angry. Then i was riding experimental 40c3 and i turned on turbo and caught up with him as he was parking in his driveway. We had er a “chat” he was flustered said i should ride on sidewalk. I said sir the law is to share the road. Sir we can go to police station and ask them. Anyway he got the message.
Unfortunately no video.
Another time i raced 2 monstrous dump truck with trailer on Wilshire in Beverly hills. Beat them both. Here is video.

Added rain guard on front and back. Else bike spews water during rain.

Most Ebikes are very heavy make sure you can lift it before buying.

40c3 is my favorite ebike 40lbs 40mph and 40mi range but it is semi legal. The 33c3 is legal as dmv says it’s a moped. Here is a test ride of 40c3 on US 105

9. Do you prefer e-bike for daily commute? — Why
I use ebike and metro for commutes. When on ebike its exercise wind in hair fun. When on train read talk on phone etc. One day I missed my primary train and took the alternative which entailed an 11 mile run through OC. When I compared it with google maps the 30c3 beats a car over 11 mi. Here is video
10. Some of the most fun has been putting some clothes in a back pack and taking ebike on Amtrak to SF.
Sitting in Amtrak with a desk wifi no interruption for 4 hours with a bathroom around the corner was more productive then i had in some full work days. I took the Amtrak leaving work a few hours early and got to Berkeley in 9 hrs. 2 hours more than driving but I got almost 5 hours unbroken quality time to work do emails and surf. And when you get there your ebike is with you so is your mobility. No taxi, uber etc..
And by the way once you get to your destination you can still do cheating. Its faster than a car. Here is ride from Amtrak in Emeryville to Berkeley

Ebikes need no new infrastructure. Just take over existing roads and kick out cars. Yesterday i did some measurements and my fast 33c3 ebike turns out to be 20% faster than cars according to google and strava.
And burnt a few calories too. Same start point same end point. ebike is 5 min faster. faster than tesla Ferrari or corvette.

The irritating thing is I get looked down by road bikers for cheating (bike too fast).
The following video in SF was my most hated video. Road bikers threatened to have me banned from various facebook groups. It was blocked on many FB groups.
And I get looked down by ebikers for cheating (bike too fast).
And I get looked down by cars for cheating (not knowing my place). Here is video racing an audi uphill in SF.
And you know what I am Cheating and I love it.
