If the eaves are flying, birds are missing their home. ---The analysis of curtain wall of National Conference Center Phase II

The architectural design of the second phase of the National Conference Center is based on the concept of big bird's spreading wings, elegance and lightness. The whole curtain wall is composed of "bird window", 9 kinds of hyperbolic enamel steel plates with different opening sizes and large size glazing. Sunlight is injected from the "bird window", it seems like the birds flying into the building space.

The curtain wall adopts the manufacturing technology commonly used in automobile production, and is formed by one-time stamping.

The maximum size of glass at the top of the east elevation is 6020mm×3200mm. The single piece of glass weighs about 2.6 tons, the length of the variable cross-section steel column is 26 meters, the weight of a single column is 5 tons, and the outdoor side variable cross-section U-shaped decorative column is a 6-meter-long porcelain molding column with a total height of about 26 meters after splicing.

U-shaped porcelain decorative column, the outer layer of which is sprayed with a water-based inorganic nano ceramic coating with high hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance and durability.
