As a practitioner and researcher working in the field of nutrition, gut health and brain health, I frequently get asked about what kind of food I eat to keep my gut bugs diverse and happy and my brain engaged and productive. I'm not one to post photos of my meals, but as I received my food delivery for the week, I thought this was a good opportunity to share what my week’s shop looked like.
I’m in the middle of a stressful house move, so food really is my rock and I rely on eating the rainbow to keep my gut and my brain vital through this period of uncertainty.
