Here’s 3 great tips to help you stay on track so you never have to miss out on a night out:
1.GO WITH A PLAN
Pick either - Starter & Main, Main & Desert or Main & Drinks. Overindulgence at dinner is so easy, of course it is! There’s so many things to choose from and the waiter is always offering more drinks
Pick one of these options and stick to it. It’s only going damage your progress if you do ALL OF THE ABOVE!
2. DO YOUR RESEARCH
Most of the big restaurants have the nutritional info of all their meals online. Take a few mins before you leave to check out the menu for a tasty option that’s low calories. It’s so much easier to know what you’re going to have before you go. Take the pressure of yourself and plan ahead.
3. IF YOU’RE GONNA DRINK, DRINK SMART
You and easily drink more calories in a cocktail than you can eat in a main meal. Especially once you’ve had a few
Pick low calorie options so you can have the maximum fun with only half the calories
Gin, Vodka, White Rum (white spirits) are the best options. Mix it with diet soda or tonic/soda water and you’re winning
