Eating Healthy

There are four different stages of healthy eating. In stage one, we survive with delivered meals cooked in commercial kitchens.

In stage two, we live with half-cooked food from the freezers of grocery stores. All we do is bake them before eating.

In stage three, we buy and cook fresh ingredients like pasta, sauce, and meat from grocery stores.

In stage four, we have a vegetable garden and maybe a farm. We have access to ingredients with no chemicals.

Most people consciously choose their stage based on life situations and priorities. Others, unfortunately, automatically prefer shortcuts without considering the consequences.

There is another stage between 2nd and 3rd. Companies like HelloFresh, Blue Apron etc. send the recipe and the ingredients you need to cook your meals at your doorstep. All you need is to cook as per their instruction.
