Eat as much as you LIKE...

I bet you think that to get lean, you need to go on a STRICT diet and do a bunch of cardio

That one cheat meal will undo all your hard work...

There will be no dining out tonight...


And if you want abs, you need to isolate yourself from society for a whole month.


Falsehoods, all of them.

You don't have to force yourself to eat nothing but chicken and rice for six straight meals, or cut off carbohydrates after 5 o'clock in the evening.

?

You don't have to shut yourself in your house and never go out to eat.

?

Here is the real truth?

?

Any time I have got shredded or lean for something, eating at restaurants has kept me focussed?

?

Why?

?

Mainly because I'm not in any pain and I'm not limiting myself too much.

?

That is to say, I am not experiencing any cravings and my daily life is not unhappy.

?

However, this does not mean that every meal I eat out is a cheat meal; in fact, fish is a common choice since it is both rich in protein and low in calories.

?

But on rare occasions, I'll treat myself to a slice of apple pie (plus some custard)

?

I am able to accomplish this, and so are my clients, since they are meeting all the requirements 90% of the time.

?

So, going out to restaurants and getting dessert on occasion is not out of the ordinary.

?

By striking a healthy equilibrium, you may enjoy this way of life while also achieving your fitness goals.
