Everyone is leading a life full of stress and tension today and it is a good mantra for keeping healthy and fit is to eat only half of what you need, you need to walk more to digest the food, laugh much more than you do and keep loving people without any limits this will keep you stress free as far as possible. After many sleepless nights i finally started following these three golden rules in my life: - If you can't do anything about the situation right now then there's no point in being stressed. Well I have found that 8 out of 10 times we stress over something that we have no control over.
Therefore, don't you think it would be better not to worry at all if you can't do anything about it, and rather think about a way to reduce the damage from the problem calmly. I once went to a movie without properly telling everyone in my house where I was going, and while I was coming back it was soo late that i started panicking because I knew that I was going to be scolded by my family (maybe even be grounded for a few weeks) but then I calmed down because i understood there was nothing I could do to make the bus run faster.
Therefore, at first I simply texted them that I would be home late and then I picked up a few gifts from a mediocre gift shop near my stop. When I got home I told them that I had gone to see a movie, but I was late because I had to browse through the gift sections. Well the lie didn't work that well but at least I didn't get grounded.
There's always a light in every dark cave you just have to look for it. I know it can seem like life isn't fair, people aren't fair, the world isn't fair. Well it all is true and nor should it be. If good people cannot turn bad times around then they don't deserve to thrive. If you just stop when bad times hit you then you will never be able to rise to the top, use the one good in a bad thing and hang on to it.
Let me give you an example my cousin always wanted to go to London to study but it was financially not possible for him at that time but instead of giving up he studied hard, got a good job in an MNC and believe it or not he was transferred to London for a year, where he was leading a team of 35 people. Now that's what you mean by “if you have a lemon, make a lemonade”.
Let us follow the golden rule: "The past is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift that's why it's called the present". I know that i'm not a Life Coach, but believe me these words are life changing. I mean truly there's no need to make a fuss about what has already happened, unless you have a time machine (in which case please allow me to use it), there's also no use of making a tantrum about something that has not even happened. I mean for all you know you could drop dead from a heart attack right now. I survived one that is why I am telling you with confidence.
Those lucky ones who survived you guys like me. You are not allowed to worry about the future, this doesn't mean that you just do anything that comes to your mind and terrorize the neighbourhood, No that means that instead of worrying about the future you start planning it. I wanted to go to a foreign university for further studies and then do something big but my grades were not nearly high enough. So I just went to college near my home, I kept on thinking why am I stuck here, then i thought that instead of wasting my time I'll make the most out of it so I started to do research and study from the books in my library and now I have one of the best project ideas in my college.
Another example- as the exams started to come closer I started to lose focus and started to stress about how much i had left to study so i would keep on stressing about the amount of study I had to do instead of actually studying for the exams. Finally, I decided that I would make a plan and study accordingly and the rest of the things can go to hell while I'm at it, after this my marks started to jump up and I started to sleep like a baby at night. So just focus on now because this is the only time that matters.
10% of your life consists of things you willed or brought about. Don't sweat that small stuff. All you need to focus on is defeating your doubts. Do you sometimes wonder how much-unseen impact your actions and life is having on others? Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain. -Vivian Greene
There was a time when I thought happiness was a destination, in much the same way I imagined I’d eventually arrive at peace or success. It seemed like something I needed to chase or find definitely not something I could experience without dramatically changing my life. I’ve since learned through experience that helps to get through the day is always available, and like any desirable state of mind, it requires effort, even if that effort entails consciously choosing to be still.
Start well, start your day believing that you are going to have a great day. Sharing is always caring. You can’t do enough sharing. Show kindness without expecting anything in return. If they ask what they can do for you, tell them to pay it forward. Smiles always matter. And they are so simple to execute. Strangers are just waiting to make new friends. How many friends can you make today?
Remember always that you are the master of your destiny. Take charge and show your happiness. Create some time alone, sit in nature—under a tree, on a mountain—and let yourself simply be quiet. Remarkable thing is be, nothing less than remarkable. It just takes a little more effort. Share some fun with someone you love. Forget about everything that feels like a problem and do something that seems like fun. Have fun spontaneously. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre #possessedbywritingspirit
