As a health coach, my aim has always been: to have people feel like they’re in control of their health and empowered to take the necessary action.

According to the World Health Organization, 90-95% of disease, including cancer are due to diet and lifestyle.?Unfortunately, much of society doesn’t believe that lifestyle choices cause chronic disease. Only 5-10% of all cancers are genetic. You have more control over your health outcomes than you’ve been led to believe.
I believe that health is the foundation for change. By employing my Habit Change Method, providing curated, relevant information and using various coaching modalities, I facilitate habit change that get results.
