Having great balance is often taken for granted until it's too late. You may have suffered from an unexpected fall, which led to broken bones - among other serious injuries.
The great thing is that there are simple exercises that can not only improve balance but also reduce the risk of severe injury. One of the easiest ways I've helped my private weight loss clients to prevent serious injuries and improve their balance is to take a walk after dinner. Plus, some fresh air is always great for the body.
Another way to help improve your balance is to have a steady diet of foods that are rich in Vitamins D and B12. These vitamins can help improve coordination and motor function.
